Very close to tirupati railway station. For freshup and short stays, it's okay. Double bed at single room cost. Tv available.

Room with wobbling bed. Not so clean bed sheets. Dirty tables and fan. Cockroaches in the room everywhere. And last but not least I have opted for early check-in nobody told me to pay extra for that. Though early check-in was conveyed by MMT to hotel management I was charged extra.

It's a three floor building without lift and there is no phone to call the service boy.

It's not worth staying in hotel Jannani, room maintanance very much odd, no wentilation, totaly it is not worth for which I paid, sorry better to remove from your list, don't recommend for any body no money value. M G Anantha Murthy
