Property location - good food - restaurant is not functional not associated to this property. For all time food-we have to come e out from hotel. Amenities - switch boards not available from one side of bed. Some of the switch boards also not functional. Wash basin water not coming. A. C - remote not available to this room separately. Only one remote available for whole hotel rooms. For temp adjustment- every-time we had to call the respective person to adjust the desired temperature. Sevices - shapoo, waterbottles not provided in this room.

Stay is really good. Only issue i had there is no remote for ac. There is only 1 remote which is at the reception so u have to call him n tell to adjust temperature. Overall a good stay and enjoyed it. Staff is really polite n good behaviour

Nice experience, all hotel staff members are cooperative nature. Very helpful and always smile on face. Lodging and boarding room near and clean. Both facilities excellent. Location is comfortable. Hotel madurai residency is nice stay for visiting madurai. Thank you so much for all staff members.

They did not provide the extra bed. But they collected rs. 500 for additional family member. And also not provide the payment receipt. And also they didn't provide the drinking water.

Not provided any wifi access. The room was not cleaned on my second day staying. Floor mats not provided after requiring also. Other than all fine.

It's a small budget hotel near the railway track/station. The hotel was clean & the room offered was neat. The service part was highly disappointing as there was no one in the premises except one person at the reception. We had to carry our luggage during checkin & checkout. There was no one to even get us a water bottle, which we purchased from a nearby restaurant. The management needs to seriously take this in account.

Not worth the money at all, 1. Only receptionist is the person available at customer's call 2. There was no drinking water. I had to go and ask and bring it) available in the room. 3. There was only one blanket kept on the bed. (mom is using the bedsheet that i packed for emergency use) 4. There was no towel or soap available in the room. (i had to go and ask and bring it) 5. Their in-house restaurant is closed for good. 6. There is no good eatery points nearby. 7. The room door lock is unserviceable. 8. The tv doesn't work as the svr didn't pay the monthly subscription to the channel service provider. 9. The receptionist was not aware, until i enquired about free breakfast in the morning. He checked that our room was booked through make my trip and then he nodded that yes it will be provided. 10. Their breakfast menu is (a) 2 idli 1 wada, (b) masala dos a (c) poori bhaji. (since they don't have their restaurant operational, they will get parcel breakfast and serve out of compulsion.

Best accommodation with the reasonable price. Food courts are available

Decent stay near tirupati railway station

Svr is located around 500 meters from tirupati railway station. An auto ride from the station early in the morning was at rs 150. We were three adults and had booked a single room. The room we stayed in was clean and the ac and geyser were working fine. We had booked the room for 3 nights and it cost us rs 5500 through mmt. Food was not available nearby, had to go to the road parallel to the railway station. There are a variety of options from punjabi to andhra cuisine. Through the receptionist at the hotel we got an electric cab from goev. Rates were decent (rs 800 for a drop to tirumala from tirupati)and the ride was comfort. To sum up, the trip was comfortable.

No hot water for drinking. Small geaseyr with 5 litres no tv connection locality not hygienic. Facilities need much improvement. Tv is there for display but no connection no entertainment. I discourage tourists to stay in the hotel. Not upto the mark and doesn't deserve that much room tariff

I didn't find this hotel worthy, found lots of cockroaches roaming in floors overall poor experience
