Great room. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Kitchen with utensils. Hot water available 24/7. Ac in both bedrooms and hall as well.

The property location is good, suitable for person who want to go for sarvadarshan token as it is only a km away from srinivasam complex. Nice parking area as well as good options for food. The rooms were clean and properly ventilation is provided.

The pics what you guys are mentioned is not at all matching, kindly update the pics. It’s very room and looks very worst and dirty. Huge cockroach and fan if u sit under that then only u wil get air

I found this on make mytip. Rooms were good and clean. Staff was also good. Nice pure veg restaurant nearby property. Located just 700 m from tirupati bus stand so walkable distance. Locality is also nice. Very suitable for family

Overall flats are good. Very spacious and clean. Owner and staff are also very friendly. Only issue was they dont have cub board and lift voice is also too high, whenever any one use this you can hear this sound even at night. Also, they dont have kitchen in the flat even though while booking its says in house kitchen.

The budget apartment was average. There was torn bedsheet. The water kettle didn't work. The room has had old wood work. But the hygiene and neatness ok. They said their delux room will be better. I didn't see that. But definitely they must improve to attract guests especially repeat guests. I may not again stay there
