Taj tirupati - needs better maintenance & service

Average service - the guest service wld not respond most of the time, maintenance is avg - the head space on the bed is dirty (white leather) with many heads rested there, soaps/toiletries are so ordinary, no towels kept in one of the rooms, of the 2 rooms one had fruits other did not. Its less like a 'taj" more like 4 star feeling.

While the property was good - the front desk guy and the follow-up from the someone on the reported issue, made the experience sour. Manasa sarovar is a much better option and half the price.

Ambience of taj tirupati were good. Food were average not that much tasty. Washrooms doesn’t have any freshners lead to bad smell and odour. Carpets in a room and lobby were too dirty, prints over carpets are vanished. Television don’t have any ott options as every star rated hotels nowadays providing smart tv in a rooms.

We were very happy with our stay at the taj, the staff not only made our stay so very wonderful they also helped us with a contact that could help us get tickets for the lords darshan ! shashi particularly was very helpful in making our stay very pleasant !

hotel is completely in a mess…not worth the stay, carpets are worn out…linen are old…food and service is not great at all compared to 5 star standard. taj tirupati has lost it…only good things are the location and the room service which i would rate 5. taj needs to work on many factors for the buck they are charging.

Excellent stay in tirupati taj. The property is super clean and hygiene. Friendly staff. Yummy complimentary breakfast. Hassle free check in and check out process. I gladly thankful to make my trip for easy access to book properties and fights.

It was very so kid of the staff and the others in hotel while from reception to the checkout. Taj always assures deep comfort and yes they don't prove wrong
