This hotel gave an excellent experience, neet and clean facility, staff are very cooperative, good atmosphere, i have a request is that could add the breakfast facility also. Otherwise your service is very good.

Spotted a cockroach early morning around 4 am when i entered toilet. Head board of the bed had dust and looked dirty. Bedsheet might be washed but had stain marks and felt itchy. Towel provided was very hard may be because they were old. I asked the room boy to clean the table in my room for which he came with a similar white towel and leaned the dirt off the table which made me wonder whether they will wash that very towel and give it for clients as bathing towel

Room was ok. Bathroom needs more care. But no option of getting food or beverages, maybe since we were staying in the month of ramzan. Had to travel about 2 1/2 kms to get good vegetarian food.

The hotel's restraunt was closed but you could order from another hotel or online. The rooms were smelling really bad.

Walking distance from tirur railway station. The room was spacious and well maintained and had all the basic amenities. Special mention for the wi-fi available in the premises.

Tirur main bus stand, railway station are just at walkable distances. Tirur Airport is around 36 km, can be covered through auto.

Its a classy hotel suitable for family, business travel or eugene group of friends. The reception people are quite cooperative. We had asked for a early check-in and they provided the same. The complementary breakfast is the best part.

I had a nice experience while staying in this hotel. Staff were friendly and well mannered. Room service was excellent. 100 marks for the overall stay.
