We were denied stay at hotel shiva inn and mmt has given alternative stay at hotel dhruv palace which was good.

The view from the balcony was excellent! and the food from ‘naivedya- the restaurant was unbeatable!’ staff was very helpful

Although the room is very basic it's has a mind blowing view of the mountains and a balcony where you can sit and enjoy a hot cup of team. They have a rule of not serving main meals in the room and guests have to go to the restaurant to have their meals. The food served at the restaurant is decent.

Properties location was good. Though little remote. Rooms were okay and clean. Due to cyclonic weather the doors and windows were shattering constantly, which was quite a pain. We got very hot water for bathing. Food was good in the restaurant. Both the managers mr. Sagar and mr. Vikram were very cooperative and helpful. Other staff were also very courteous

The rooms were really nice and the balcony views were just on another level it made the entire stay so peaceful while sipping coffee/tea and looking at the peaks shrouded by clouds. Some things which can be improved - toilet flush seemed on one of the rooms we booked was weak resulting in not a pleasant experience room 306, and one of the bidets in the other room was weak too room 301. Would that be enough?

There is stink in room. Bathroom is not getting locked properly. Room is not maintained. Only hotel location is good.

The room was good and the best part was the view. If you are travel-ling with your girlfriend or partner. I will definitely recommend you to try this hotel. Blanket covers were clean but the blanket itself needed a change. I'll give 9 out of 10 to this hotel.

Property is looting everyone denying refunds even in case of emergency. People should refrain from booking these.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

1. Housekeeping, food serving, sweeping is being done by same staff. This is not hygienic. 2. Restaurant staff are not disciplined. They are making lots of noise, gossiping with high volume, keeping guest waiting for food. 3. Took order for dinner for 18th nova 23 but not served till 10pm. On enquiring it is said that cook has gone & food can not be served. Then served the food cooking in absence of cook.

Far away from the temple, lack of public transport, the rooms were not clean, bed linen and towels were very old and not clean, time taken to make tea in morning 745am was half hr despite breakfast starts at 7am.

The hotel was not clean enough. Curtains had dark spots, floors had spots, bathrooms wasn't clean enough. Cobwebs in ceiling and fan. The dishes and bowls are stained with yellow spots. Cleanliness is not maintained.
