The property was centrally located and easily accessible. The surrounding was calm and relaxing. The staffs were cooperative and mannered especially Tenzin who helped me a lot. The rooms were relaxing and the facilities were up to the mark. The food was great and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend the property.

Located in a shabby place, far from the lake, with poor services. Staff lacks and promptly gave lame excuses for everything. Generator not run as promised as they said it tripped automatically due to some fault - but it was felt that they lied. Even any fault whatsoever is also not expected as they should always have some alternative at hand, considering the remote location. They don't serve chicken/mutton due to proximity to temple/monastery although other adjacent hotels do.
