The hotel was really good, but it's not worth the price paid for, it doesn't have a lot of amenities and the location of the hotel is not great, admist of lot of shops and spare parts dealers of boat. It doesn't give a holiday feel.

Terrible Stay

The allotted room was infested with cockroaches and mosquitoes. The room was dirty. Ac was leaking. Will not recommend to anyone

They gave smoking rooms for my family with kids. Rooms were not up to the mark for the cost of 4k. Support staff were responsive. Inroom dining was pathetic

Ac is not working as good, hot water is not there rooms are in old condition insects are roaming. Not worth for money

It is an old property that needs renovation and good maintenance. Furniture and fixtures are also in replaceable condition. Therefore, comparatively, the price is a bit high. The location is good. However, i may not prefer this hotel next time.

Property location, service and food was very good. I wrongly booked the room on 26th july instead of 27th july. 27 th july morning i checked in and checked out on 27 th july evening. Since the check in and check out time was 2pm and 12 pm respectively i was charged rs. 3900 extra in addition to whatever i paid to you. Slightly disappointed. My sincere request is 24 hours check in option can also included.

Except location nothing is uptomark for the price paid and to the core the service provided is too pathetic tvs and electrical products not i proper working conditions the house keeping and room boys are too attitudal and lazy enough to serve. Service was too terrible basic amenities are under par level

S rm is one of best hotel in my list. Since last 2019 i am staying this hotel. Staff are best. Hotel is good. Only restaurants need to be improve in quality by reducing price as compared to other hotel at tuticorin. Remain all are good

Room is ok for amount less than 2500. Reception staff are good. Breakfast need to be improve. Restaurant price is very high. Need to improve in taste. I feel all nonveg are same tastes. To compare tuticorin its good hotel for price 2. 5k only.

lifts are not synced. Rooms along with the bathroom need to be upgraded since they look too old. Food is good but buffet service is slow
