Good hotel. But it is little bit away from city center. And it is not not near either fateh sagar lake or pichola lake. Rooms are good. Well maintained. But slightly overpriced.

Our experience at fateh niwas was great. Staff was helpful and provided good service. Room was nice and clean with decent wifi. Properly was well maintained.

We stayed for 1 night and our experience was very unpleasant! the pool was very very poorly maintained, the filters were off, the water unclean. It gave us allergy and irritation within 15 mins of exposure. Our eyes were red and burning, our skin was itching and burning and this sensation didn’t go away for an entire day! we actually had to go to a pharmacy to get eye drops to relieve the eye irritation. And all of this within 15 mins! we had also ordered dinner from room service and the food was not fresh, and tasted very average. Overall, i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, it’s not worth it.

This hotel is good and value for money. Good spacious rooms, bathroom ( no bathtub, rooftop swimming pool plus having a garden swimming pool. Good spread of breakfast not too many but tasty. Drink and alcart dinner menu is overpriced avoid to use it. Huge space and nice decoration. Although, it is little far from town but it does not matter if u prefer to use vehicle to roam.

Location excellent and very well maintained property. Cleanliness was superb. Ambiance of the room was amazing and calming. Everything was well thought of and taken care of. People were warm and cordial and we found the place very peaceful and quiet. Adhere-ring to the nature around. Overall a very good experience and would love to visit again. We extended another day just because of the above mentioned reasons.

Very peaceful stay and nearby to all the places. There are two swimming pools. Food is also great. No hustle of city noises.

One of the best stays in udaipur, especially for those who want to have quiet time away from the city. Beautifully made property. Service was also impeccable. Narpas singh provided great insights. Food was also great. Overall, it was a 5/5 experience for us!

The hotel stay was amazing. I had booked two rooms and they were both facing the lake which offered spectacular views. As the rooms were next to an adjoining terrace, we were also getting a view of sajjangarh palace which was one of the best views. The roof top restaurant also offers an amazing view and hotel has certain rustic feel about it. Rooms were large, spacious and with enough amenities. The hotel restaurant is a bit let down as the food is average but nevertheless offers amazing views among the noise of the city. Staff is courteous and will always be serving you with a smile. Amenities are good they have a souvenir shop, two swimming pools, a restaurant and some lawn space for you to pass your time.
