Location, view, food n service wise best experience, clininess and service of staffs is very good. Walkable distance to fathesagar lake n scenic view from balcony is a memorable event. Its a beautiful experience.

We had an amazing experience at the hilltop palace. The food, the staff, the views from the hotel is perfect for a holiday. We will definitely recommend people to stay at the hill top palace. To add to it i forgot a couple of shirts in the hotel and the response/promptness that i got from the hotel staff was just seamless. They ensured a safe courier of my stuff asap.

Rooms decor is very old they need to go for renovation. Breakfast spread is less. We had to wait 30 mns for bread while we wanted to have pav bhaji also the dos a guy was not knowing how to prepare dosa.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by several issues. The food quality was subpar, with limited options and poor taste. I had expected a much better culinary experience, especially given the hotel's claims of having a top-notch restaurant. Furthermore, the bathroom fittings were outdated and poorly maintained. The showerhead was leaky, and the toilet seat was loose. To make matters worse, the bathroom had severe water draining issues. The sink and shower would clog frequently, making it a hassle to use. Given the high standards that this hotel claims to have, i was expecting a much better experience. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of my expectations. Rating: 1/5 stars would not recommend.

The stay at the hotel was good, the only issue faced was no response on the telephone by the hotel customer care during pure arrival to property, even they take your call ask to send email for every quary. Since it is an itdc brand (govt) hotel you can expect such behaviour.

The hotel is well-located with a nice view and easy access to nearby attractions. However, the staff's attitude is disappointing, food quality is sub-par for a 3-star hotel, and room cleanliness( specially bedding and sofas) needs improvement. Prices, especially for lake-facing rooms, are high and not justified.

Lake facing beautiful property with heritage vibe along with modern facility. Room size is large. Ample space of parking. Morning breakfast view is amazing. Breakfast buffet is must try. All staff members are kind.

The rooms that we were allotted were on the 1st floor and the hygiene was not up to the mark. We had cockroaches in our room. Overall, our experience at the stay was average. Lobby onward s the property is very lovely and nice. Just rooms need to be maintained well.

It was a good stay at hotel hilltop with beautiful view of fates-agar lake but one thing i was miss that the rooftop restro was closed due some maintenance in progress and one thing i suggest to reception staff that please guide properly to the guset with good hospitality thanks

the hotel was amazing with the best view. the only part that i didn't like is the hotel staffs were bit arrogant. few staffs were not aware how to treat guests. in the morning breakfast they told me i can't take the tea outside of the restaurant even there was no seat and the next day i saw many people taking tea and going outside. i'm not sure why i was given a special attention 😛

Experience in staying in hilltop palace was bad, initially they gave room which is very small, which is not as per the photos that is shown, hot water not working, shaver not working, wifi not working, swimming pool in maintenance. We paid so much money to get this bad experience, hotel professionals were not proper. Later after complaining for one day, they gave another room. So we had to adjust one full day in that short room with no good facilities.

Stay at hotel hilltop palace was amazing. Facilities at hotel was top notch. Lake view from super deluxe room's balcony was memorizing. Staff was very coperative. Breakfast buffet had multiple options and was like cherry on the cake. Overall i will highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting udaipur.

The location is bad, hotel people don't know hospitality. Poor management, pathetic service, for 2 days i asked for toothpaste/vanity kit but still not received. I asked to clean the room but wastage and used a pizza box and another item was remaining in the room so i did not understand what cleaning for teem

1. Hotel staff specially the front desk/receptionist was very rude. 2. We asked for a plate and spoon and we were denied. They assumed we are asking plate to eat outside food whereas we were asking to cut fruits. 3. Also, they charged rs. 35 for a disposable plate. 4. All the focus was mainly on the foreigners. 5. Maintenance was extremely poor 6. Swimming pool was terrible and all the time under maintenance. 7. View from terrace was good but the terrace itself was not clean. 8. Only 1 star for the view from the terrace.
