Stay is comfortable and food is delicious. The only negative point is that they do not provide newspaper in the room even after demand.

While the rooms were smaller than expected based on the pictures, the staff was attentive and well-behaved, adding a positive touch to the stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though it fell short of the luxurious hospitality we anticipated given the price point. Thank you for the service provided, but there's room for improvement to better match the premium expectations set by the listing.

The stay at amet haveli was awesome. The food in ambrai restaurant was delicious. As we were guest in the hotel, dinner table with the adjacent lake view was arranged. The lal mans was too good. The rooms were clean. Happy with the staff hospitality

I recently stayed at a property located right by the lake, which creates a beautiful ambiance, especially at night during dinner. However, it's important for travelers to note that cars cannot access the hotel directly. We had to park some distance away and take an auto rickshaw to reach the property. The room itself was impressive, with spacious interiors and a large bathroom. Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. Our room was located far from the reception, and the intercom was not functioning, which meant i had to walk to the reception just to request a water bottle. Additionally, the restaurant service left much to be desired. The staff seemed unprofessional and did not match the standards expected for the hotel's tariff. During breakfast, a person who appeared to be the owner or a senior manager spoke loudly to others, completely disregarding the fact that many guests were trying to enjoy their meal in the restaurant. Overall, while the location and room quality were commendable, the service needs significant improvement.

The place was well maintained and the stay was very comfortable. The place had a lake view restaurant with beautiful view of the city palace, especially during the night. The access to the property was also great (very few properties nearby have it)

Amazing property to stay. The lake side restaurant is a must go. Staff is really humble abed polite. Special mention to rubina, bharat from front office and hyatt in food and beverage. Would visit again very soon.

The location is perfect for local sightseeing and the lakeview room is simply amazing. But the service is below average and we expected a bit more. Ensure the guests are served without any hassle. Disappointed

Amazing experience at this beautiful haveli. It is very well maintained and the staff is very courteous. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to staying again. Requesting the hotel to org-anise some engaging events so that the evenings can be made a little more cheerful. Apart from that, the hotel and restaurant has really good view.

A beautiful heritage stay with authentic rajasthan mix of cultures, our stay was more than what we expected. The view from room is divine and the food in ambrai was full filling. Thank you a met haveli for making our vacation a memorable one.

Well maintained heritage hotel with good location and hospitality. On the banks of pichola lake with a good view of the city palace and other landmarks of the lake.

Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Location is good except that it’s a very bad stay. Staff is utterly unprofessional especially a guy named a meet who is very rude and acts like own the hotel but works there who misguided us for n ye gala dinner rates. Hotel service is very bad for the amount of money you pay.

Positive- staff was amazing including front office : Rubina, Mehek, Sher Singh, Ankit and Bharat were really helpful and guided us to enjoy our first trip to Udaipur city Breakfast in the morning had full spectrum of food options…and Masala tea was the positive to start our day. Dinner at Ambrai was a good experience as well sitting next to the lake. Serving size was reasonable - one dish is good for 2 people. Finally - Shampoo and Conditioner quality provided was even better than some most expensive western brands Negative - we booked 2 rooms…the bathroom of one of the rooms had a very pungent smell…ended up using mostly the one bathroom ( didn’t have time to complain to the staff due to short stay of 2 nights)

Location was excellent. Stay & housekerping was very good. Breakfast was also very good. Only dinner at lake side was not very satisfactory. It was very cold & no arrangements from hotel to keep customers warm. Also food was very cold too.
