Stayed for 2-3 hours as a transit stay. The hotel is at the city center but looks like dharamshala. Low lights, stinking bathrooms, flush not working and unprofessional staff.

Hotel management takes extra money other than paid before at a time of booking. They give our room to other and gave poor service.

a room which we have booked they haven't provide us that room we have booked for four persons and they have provided us 3 person room and saying that you have to mannage and add extra bed sheet.

Decent hotel for budget stay, rooms are good, safe, clean washrooms, 24hr hot water supply which is very essential in winters, located in main city and close to main tourist attractions. Plenty of food options nearby. Most important is the polite and helpful behavior of the staff.

Wash rooms are not clean and hotel staff is not cleaning the same on daily basis. Even bad sheets and towels are not changed on daily basis. There is a water blockage in wash room. Hotel doesn't have accommodation for drivers. They are charging the same rate as a guest for drivers. Parking is also conjusted. Location is on main road.
