The management did not inform or shared the cctv footage of the half an hour period during which my wife lost her purse just in front of the gate. On repeated inquiries they said cctv is assess-able only to the md horrible sounds of furniture didn’t allow us to sleep on 4 th floor due to late night party.

I booked 3 days in the hotel with extra bed, when i checked in the hotel i told them for extra bed. Extra bed was given when 3 to 4 calls were made at 9 o'clock at night television was not working, asked 3 to 4 times for recharge, did not happen toilet flush was not working 3 times came for repair then shifted to another small room in the morning a bad smell was coming from the air-conditioner

Not worth the price, you can get better stay in udaipur in this price. Bathrooms are not good, beds are not comfortable.

The stay was so bad. The toilets were not clean. Ac was not working. And their was a lot more mosquitos in the room. But after all these problems the staff was corporate enough.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in udaipur and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The on-site restaurant served good food. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city's attractions. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay in udaipur!

Hotel is centrally located and nearby to all major tourist attractions points. Room was amazing and service is excellent. It was my third stay in this hotel in two years and they upgraded my room with no extra check out. Early check in was provided free of cost.

I stayed in hotel horizon for 2 nights with family in super deluxe room. Overall, stay was pleasant. The property is located in the middle of the city. The rooms were neat and clean. The linens were also neat and clean. The only drawback is the washroom. The washrooms need updation. The best part of the hotel is "the food" 10/10 for the food taste and quality.

This hotel offers superb accommodations at an excellent location and price. The rooftop restaurant adds the perfect touch to your stay. The staff, especially mr. Karan, the manager at the reception counter, are incredibly cooperative and provide excellent hospitality. Overall, it's definitely worth staying here.
