Location was terrible with a narrow approach road only accessible by auto rickshaw. Food was manageable. Service was worst. I was denied check-in since there was a payment discrepancy showing on the system of hotel although full payment was made in advance. However mm t people came to my rescue and i was checked-in after being stranded at the hotel for 2 hours. Rooms were dirty and ac wasn't working properly. Not an worth spending hotel. Had a bad experience in this hotel.

Hotel for stay is good. But the location is worst. As very narrow road of 4-3 kms from the main road. In the morning cabs are not allowed to reach the location even you can not drive your car to reach the location. Otherwise rest all are very good.

Hotel is good with awesome ambience. But hotel is too far from city area also cab service not available in hotel area. You have to walk 1 to 2 km for cab service.

The worst hotel in udaipur

No complimentary water is provided by the hotel. The parking is 1. 5 km away from the hotel, and we paid rs. 200 per vehicle. The back of the hotel is very dirty. The food is too costly.

Very lazy staff… they did not helped woth anything… they charge for water bottles for those included in room services… reception is almost empty… pool was dirty … no parking facilities…

Room and hospitality was good and hygiene was also good. Hotel was very interior but this problem also can be solved by taking a rental two wheeler. Four wheeler can not reach to the hotep.

Location - isolated food - very good bar - limited variety pool - clean and good staff - cooperative amenities - all necessary items are there. Service - during our stay their chef had to go somewhere, so service was very poor during dinner time, everyone had to wait for an hour to get their meals.

Hello. If you are looking for some nice view from your balcony there it has some of the best views of the rivers, but there is a reason i have given this much stars only it's because the room service is first of all was not good and the other is you cannot order food into your room and many other and yes the hotel is very much inside the old city, so you cannot bring the car near the hotel you need to take a auto for that, so basically there are many more pros & cons, so choose wisely as per your needs. Specially mentioning a good house keeping staff name is dinesh bhai he is handicap but a really sweet person and he will help you through many of the things around the hotel.
