Overall stay was nice and in proximity of the major sites.
There was no dustbin in room. Cable network was made available on day basis and that too on demand.

Cons : Hotel is made just above the Commercial complex floor which is just above the Gym. Major draw back they do not have Geyser in any room as confirmed by Hotel Manager over telephone. They do not have water mug in each room. They just take your and provide to other and in return they provide mug made out of water bottle cut ted in half or provide some concrete deposited steel mug looking like toilet LOTTA. Pros : Hotel rooms are big and comfortable. Each rooms is having TV with setup box running fine. Though they are not having Geyser care taker made available hot water on demand during evening and morning (by boiling on gas stove available in his room above the terrace) That's it.

Stay was good. Hotel is new. Need to improvise basic facilities like hot water. We waited for hot water, it was time consuming . Even the staff were very much helpful. Rooms are good but services are limited. Location is good. Three, four service staff are very hardworking for managing the need of customers. Specially Rahul rakesh and Hari .,

Location is not good. Seems to be a residential place, there was some other gym on 1st floor, shops on ground floor and then this hotel was on 2nd floor. They don't have a restraint of their own.

Hotel is located on 2nd flor above private gym and do not have facilities like hot water, bathrooms and toilet tubs were dirty, rooms have spider webs on walls, beds were dirty and morning breakfast and tea was worst in taste. Of course they charge only? 1000 per night so we can't expect more but cleanliness and taste of breakfast is not concerned with prices. Not recommended if you can afford better place with little higher charges.

Cleanliness need to be maintain and more. Mirror should be place in the room and one cupboard is also need to be place since its get difficult to keep luggage . Staff is good and helpful. One has to be there on reception each time we have to search for people nearby. Its a budget room
