Hotel staff and room good as per the app cleanliness excellent but i have issue with the towel bathroom towel not as white as normally in others decent hotels please next time you should change the or towel or clean properly to look clean white otherwise hotel room was good

Average hotel need upgrade and maintenance

Bed, linen and rooms are clean required maintenance in washroom, elevator and breakfast area. Crockery not clean floors not clean, pool have insects and mosquito. But staff is very good and polite.

The hotel is severely under staffed. But behavior of the staff was very nice. Food was ok, but only vegetarian food. Rooms were decent.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. I highly recommend this place in udaipur.
