Not value for money. Zero services. My money wested. It was not expected with make my trip. It's not about discount i felt i have been cheated. I paid huge amount for comfort stay. But ruin my trip. Any refund can u arrange. Or please call me back

Good Stay

The hotel is good. Decently maintained. Ten minutes away from the railway station. It will be good if complimentary breakfast is included as there are no restaurants around.

They can't give us water and bathroom is so dirty. Bedsheet are so smelly.

Worst experience

Very bad experience with rooms and no water in washrooms, room service and amenities are at its worst. Prefer not to select this hotel. Booked this hotel for 3 days but had to check out in less than one day. Very bad experience

The property is simply fabulous. The food is also very good. Above all, the friendly staff and the great hotel amenities are superb.The employees are trained to be extremely polite and helpful. Great place with great ambiance. Roof top is perfect to align with your mood. Beautiful hotel with good. services. High quality rooms with great vibes. Interior is amazing and beautiful.

Breakfast not available when ask they give one unhygienic paratha which full of dirty smell

Breakfast not available, no water or anything provided in the room, tv not working, washroom is dirty. Do not add breakfast while booking they don't have any in house kitchen or restaurant.

Best hotel for family

This was my second time stay here. It was amazing. The food was also good. The ambience and staff was amazing. They are eager to help always. I highly recommend this if u want to live near city area and explore the city

Terrible Stay

Hotel imperial was highly shady and a bad experience. The rooms were damp and the overall hygiene was simply bad. From dirty linens to cupboards as well as no proper housekeeping or in room service it was a horrible experience. It's nothing like what has been shown in the pictures.
