Location & hotel infrastructure is good but the services are terrible. Hot water is not coming, no one is asked for room cleaning. No management of food services, extra food items are included in the bill which are not even ordered. No communication between restaurant and front desk.

- _cleanliness concerns: dirty rooms, stained linens, and unhygienic bathrooms. - _poor customer service: unfriendly staff, long wait times, and unresponsive management. - _noise and disruptions: thin walls, loud neighbors, and constant noise from traffic or hotel amenities. - _outdated amenities: old, broken, or missing amenities like air conditioning, wi-fi, or fitness equipment. - _uncomfortable beds and pillows: worn-out mattresses, flat pillows, and inadequate bedding. - bathroom cleanliness was not up to mark, bathtub was broken, no bath hot water even after request. - food was extremely horrible. - room hygiene was not proper, bad smell.

The stay was very good. Hotel was well maintained and cleanliness was at par as per 5 star resort. Swimming pool was excellent and was well maintained.

The location was good, staffs are very helpful n courteous. Servs with smiles always. Highly recommended for leisure as well as business travels. Even they adhered my request during booking for complementary upgrade and allotted a specious room with balcony.

Break fast and lunch, dinner all food taste good, service from all staff are very good, swimming pool near & clean, over all very satisfied, please expand game zone with adding pool snooker and other game also outdoor game like volleyball will be given more fun, also try to live music on saturday - sun-day or holiday which will be make a memorable evening thank you for good food and service

The room allotted to us were unfit. The toilet was dirty. Handles were broken. Bathtub was dirty. This is defiantly not a 4 star hotel.

As per space wise resort was good but swimming water not cleaned, spa facility was on called and some room renovation required in bathroom as well in air-conditioned also tv set was old, pictures was blurred.

Inder residency udaipur is the best place to stay in udaipur. Rates are very reasonable. Food is delicious and authentic. I always book this hotel whenever i visit udaipur. Staff and reception is very good and cooperative. I would recommend all services good.

Very Bad cleaning in rooms with hairs in Bedsheets which were given without proper cleaning, rooms and bathrooms were also very dirty and Staff was very non cooperative with Very Poor Service and Poor Hotel standard .

The stay was average for because for some reasons. This property is a 4 star resort. So i expect that service will be good. Parking was too far from the reception. But there was no velleboy to park my car. Even there was no bellman, we had 2 luggages which was heavy. Also at the time of check out, i asked the receptionist, that can you please provide bellboy, and the reply was, sorry they are not available. For room it was good. Comfy bed. Hygiene maintain. Bathroom was clean. Also room service was good.

We were out in the city and when we were back, we saw the room is cleaned without our permission. Entry to the room shouldn't be done without guest permission and when no one is present
