The room was clean and great and don't even worry about the staff they were sooo great and so respectful i loved it and the food was exceptionally good and budget friendly the quality was great. Definitely recommended

Comfortable stay, conveniently located near the palace and jagdish temple, with breathtaking views of the palace by moonlight. The sound of the morning aarti from the temple sets a positive tone for the day. Both breakfast and dinner are delightful. My only suggestion would be to consider providing accommodation options for drivers.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was an excellent experience. Beautiful boutique hotel with good size room enough space for family with kids. Location is right in the heart of old udaipur city. City palace and lake pichola are on walking distance. Roof top restaurant is also very good. Morning breakfast was very good. We had dinner in hotel which was also good. It offers excellent view of city palace from restaurant. If you are travel-ling by your own car then it is not good option as city roads as narrow and as per me you cannot drive your car till hotel. Auto is the only option to reach till hotel due to narrow lanes of city. Overall i will recommend this hotel for udaipur stay.

We stayed in kotra haveli from oct 1st, 2024, until 5th october. We were family of 3 (husband + wife + son. The stay was splendid. The room was great. Pros 1. The rooms were kept clean and tidy. 2. The food was good - quality and quantity wise. 3. Service was good 4. Internet speed was also good. 5. View from a rooftop restaurant is nice 6. They provide 2 water bottles per day as a complementary service (free of cost. Cons the main and only point to say as a con and probably the main reason for me to remove a star from my rating is the locality and the means of approach to the hotel. There's no way for cab to reach the hotel. You have to park your car in a paid parking and walk. Or else, take an auto, they will take you till the hotel. If you are commuting by cab or own car, then the hotel people will arrange guys to pick up our luggage to and fro. But i'm sorry, i cannot say that this solves the issue on entirety. The way to the hotel is very, very narrow, and 2 wheelers + 3 wheelers fly on those roads as if they are driving on a 6 lane highway. - but to be honest, the way of driving is not only limited to the hotel premises, this is the norm in the old city of udaipur. You have to be vigilant and careful at all times if you choose to walk anywhere. They will honk and stop right beside you, leaving you terrified. Don't get me wrong, i'm not saying people are hostile. It's just the way it is while walking on roads. Bangalore is no different ) the hotel people will only guide us /cab driver, how to come there and which route to take. Then they send their guys to pick our luggage. And i'm pretty sure they mention this while we book via call or whatsapp. Overall, the stay, the room, service, and food were really, really enjoyable, and we had a good time in kotra haveli.

Spacious clean rooms right in heart of city. Walkable distance to city palace, jagdish temple and lake pichola. Cars can be parked at a govt paid parking just 150m away. Overall value for money

We can’t go in a compact suv. Very narrow road for 150 meters. Either auto or small hatchback. Reaming all ok

Everything was super good. The service, the food was nicely prepared. The location was awesome. It's a good place to stay and is affordable too. City palace, jagdish temple, bagore ki haveli, and gangaur ghat were in the walking distance. So all in all, it was a good experience.

The property is very good. The rooms, the rooftop restaurant and the common area is excellent. Even the services and hospitality is good. The views of the city palace and the entire city at night from the rooftop add to the experience.

Great location and nice view of city palace and also rooms were clean and comfortable, all the major tourist places are nearby like jagdish temple, gangaur ghat, city palace etc, and staff was were cooperative and attentive. Highly recommended.

The property is good, rooms are neat and food is also good. The only downside is it doesn't have its own parking so you need to park your vehicle 5mins from the hotel and this makes accessibility an issue.
