Stay was good. Staff was very cooperative. Location is also near by market and tourist places. Need some more improvement in terms of service. Freeze was not working. No iron facility was there

Good for stay but not for in house dining

Hotel stay was fine. Room service was also fine. But dining / restaurant service is pathetic. The restaurant staffs are arrogant enough and delays almost 1 hour to deliver order.

We enjoyed lots of fun in the swimming pool with the kids. The food was also good. I recommend it for family.

Hotel mukund violas is situated very peaceful place near railway station. All tourist places is very close to this hotel. All staff members are good and obedient. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is also very tasty.

Bad hospitality

Hotel services are very bad. Rooms were stinking and there were mosquitoes in rooms. Bedsheets and pillow covers are also dirty. And there are no other complementary things like dental kit. In short it's not a good property to stay bad experience

The property was beautiful with the amenities like swimming pool and vehicle parking. Restaurants was open up to 10:30 pm which was really helpful for travel-ling with baby. Location was convenient to us mid of railway station and pichola lake. Overall it was 4/5.

I recently stayed this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment i arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was clean, well-furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. I also enjoyed the pool, restaurant, which added to the overall experience. Overall, exceeded my expectations, and i would highly recommend it to anyone visiting [city or location. I found this hotel randomly by searching and seen the photos that were good, so i booked and stayed there for 2 nights, the hotel staff is humble and responsive, and another benefit is that there is restaurant in hotel.
