The hotel was very good, very polite staff and very understanding. The location was also perfect nearby to all the good cafes and restaurants and all the viewing points.

Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Staff was very polite and helpful. I was come for only one day in this property but then i extend for 2 more days. Bcz it's beautiful really and whenever i come again i will definitely stay here only

Good rooms, supportive staff, located near the lake, lovely breakfast and view from roof. Price is bit higher- it’s kind of homestay.

Property is good; at a great location; staff is very friendly and helpful. They will do everything to help you. I took a king suite which had a really amazing bath tub.

Bad hotel in nirvana haveli i m only stay time 3 hrs and i m chang hotel, bad hotel. Please remove the hotel in the make my trip

One of the coziest places to stay in udaipur. The staff is extremely sweet and helpful. It’s right next to lake pichola so exploring the city is easier.

Second time we used this, amazing stay and very cohesive hospitality. Loved the place. Food breakfast was excellent. The caretaker is too good.

I have 2 bookings 1) 28 to 29 sep 24 and 2)29th to 2 oct 24 but the unit is not as expected and even not as mentioned. It's just one room in a house with bath tub in room and a bathroom. Even the ac is dripping water. There is no refrigerator, no minibar, no geyser or water heater, no mini fridgend even no food service (except breakfast as mentioned by caretaker) that we can get from swiggy or zomato. As this is a fake hotel so i urge makemytrip to cancel the booking of 28 sep to 2 oct 24 and support us in another booking but the hotel is denying to cancel the booking please support us in cancel the next booking of 28 to 2 oct and get full refund of this booking and help us in booking another actual hotel

Stay was comfortable. View from the room was amazing and the room itself was beautiful. It is located in old city so it's well connected to nearby tourist attractions. Old city streets are very narrow, so cabs won't be able to reach till the hotel. You can either walk around 700m from the nearby parking or take an auto. Breakfast is available with limited options. Apart from that, they do not serve food at the hotel but there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Overall, the stay and location was excellent. The staff at the hotel was very courteous and made us very comfortable.

Recently i visited udaipur with my family, it was memorable in all aspects. First of all location of hotel is awesome it's nearby of all main places and markets. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Every possible facility they provide. Hotel is properly clean

wonderful location with stunning rooms overlooking the lake. Everything was top rate apart from the breakfast service which was chaotic and unreliable. The setting is fabulous.
