No swimming pool & gym. Hence not the best for family. But except that it's a good place to stay. Food is really excellent. Housekeeping services are very good. Staff seems less otherwise overall experience is good

One of the best hotels i stayed in the recent past. Value for money. Large rooms, soft bedding and clean and hygiene bed linens. Relatively good choice of breakfast items also. May be 8. 5 or 9 points out of 10!

Beware: No Pride in The Pride Hotel, Udaipur Our stay at The Pride Hotel in Udaipur on November 2, 2024, was an absolute disappointment. My sister, a fellow physician, and I booked a suite expecting a comfortable experience but were met with a series of unacceptable issues. Room Disasters: The AC was not working, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and the bathroom felt like a sauna with no airflow. Bedding was dirty, lights flickered on and off, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Food Fiasco: The staff brought out incorrect orders, and the breakfast buffet was utterly bland. The pervasive fish smell in the restaurant and hallways is intolerable, especially for vegetarians. Service Shortcomings: The front desk manager took two calls to respond to room issues, changing our room late at night. Housekeeping was slow, taking over an hour to replace stained bedding. Unbelievably Disrespectful Management: When asked for a discount due to the myriad issues, we were insultingly offered a mere 20% off a ₹300 food bill. General Manager was dismissive and rude, even claiming their mattresses were the "best in the world." His condescending and arrogant attitude was beyond belief and utterly disrespectful. The root of this hotel's problems lies in its management. If The Pride Hotel wishes to salvage its reputation, the manager, should be terminated immediately. His behavior is unacceptable and detrimental to the establishment's success. I strongly urge you to avoid The Pride Hotel until substantial changes are made. Keep your own pride intact and choose another place to stay.

Horrible food

Horrible food. Watermelons and fruits were stale and rotten and when we asked for dos a they said they don’t provide/make dosa. We asked for bread they took out some old bread from the fridge and said we have to consume this. Asked for water bottles and they provided it after an hour.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Disappointing

Disappointed. The hotel does not qualify to be a four star hotel. Basic amenities of a star hotel like swimming pool, gymnasium and spa are missing. Staff is highly untrained and uninformed. Service be it in the room, restaurant or bar is absolutely sluggish and poor. Even the check in process was disappointing. I was allocated a lower grade room and on shouting was given my originally booked room. The front office staff are a pack of untrained unrefined locals who cannot speak a single sentence of english. The saving grace of the hotel is the immaculately done up rooms and the sumptuous breakfast. The general manager of the hotel mr. Debashish mazumdar was the only person who seemed to be bothered about customer service. He gave a patient hearing to all my grievances.

stay was an average experience check-in process is unnecessary lengthy, even if guest are along no courtesy for them, asking questions like we are from other countries. the room was clean.. it was awesome to stay 👍

We went to 360 roof top rest and place order with 2 dish. One dish got spoiled with extra salt and got it replaced with another soggy dish which is not good to chew. We need to ask for every request minimum 2-3 times despite of having only 2 table guest. They didn’t even follow the wake up call service as per request for early morning check out. Highly disappointed. Hotel is new, near and clean but need high improvements over services!
