The deluxe suit bathtub was broken, called several times on emergency number since the reception and indining number on the phone was not working. No guidance by the management on how to explore the property and what all events are organised.

Terrible Stay

Hospitality experienced in hotel was very bad. I called at one touch service minimum 20 times but nobody received phone. I asked to get my luggage at least 5 times but nobody came for 30 min. I have to transfer my luggage on my own.

It’s a beautiful property with lot of activities within the hotel premises. It’s situated on the back of fateh sagar lake. One can opt for lake facing rooms which gives the view of lake and mountains.

Overall good but staff service is slow.

Check in procedure is terribly slow and staff is not at all co operative. Even before arrival staff didn't respond to mails and calls.

Though location is great, stay was average. Staff is v professional, somehow i missed the personal touch. Food on first day was average. Overall, average to good experience.

The room was terrible basic hygiene was missing. Our ac was not working, the bath tub was leaking and stinking. However the food was excellent our compliments to the chef for it very few hotels can pull off a good buffet and your hotel did that.

The stay was luxurious and comfortable. The palace-like architecture of the hotel beautifully blends traditional rajasthan elements with modern amenities. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views of either the lake or the lush gardens. The service was prompt, and the staff was courteous, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The ambiance throughout the property reflected elegance and calmness, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Staff is overloaded and cannot handle when its sold out

Property is good but staff cannot manage this huge number of crowd during checkin time. There was no one to bring luguage to room. No one to explain what are amenities. I have seeing people fighting for room during checkin time. We got our luguage delivered after 2 hours of checkin

It was an amazing experience to stay at radisson blu. It is a beautiful resort located. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread is also wonderful. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

5-star hotel with 3-star service

The rooms were nice and clean but we were provided twin bedrooms regardless of booking ones with double beds, which were joined after we arrived there. We were not happy with one of the rooms and asked for an exchange but were denied saying the hotel was full and there were no rooms available and saw people checking in until late the same day. Our baggages were lost both during check-in and check-out which caused us major inconvenience. The breakfast was pretty good which redeemed for all the mishap that happened although it took us quite some time to find a table to sit. The hotel is beautiful, you'll get some nice pictures there for sure.

The place is simply amazing. Not only the view but also within the campus - its simply beautiful. The staff is helpful and prices of associated services like food, spa, salon are quite reasonable.

Poor Stay

We reached the property by 3pm but rooms were not ready by 6pm. We got the room after 6 pm and even after that luggage bags were provided to us by 7pm. All our children were empty stomach by then. We called almost everyone in the property but all the staff was new(interns) and services were really bad. Whole day was wasted due to this terrible management. Even for the following days, any service we required were very poor y and took 30min to 1hr to deliver any thing to our rooms. Property is good but because of poor staff management made our stay terrible.

Highly overrated hotel with extremely poor service and room upkeep

Extremly poor maintenance, sluggish service in every area. Callousness of staff and pathetic tasting food. Rooms are reeking of ciggarettes, even simple request to put some room freshner to mask the smell is not attended. Even a request to bring drinking water bottles takes more than 30mins. Its only a good property from outside, and feels like a cheap room or a random highway motel on the inside. Will never book any Radisson property again!

Great hotel with a prime location and stunning lake views. The room service was prompt, and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety. However, there was noticeable noise and vibration from a rooftop party, which affected sleep. Additionally, the electrical fittings in the room seemed outdated. Overall, a good stay, but improvements in noise control and maintenance would make it even better.
