It was a nice hotel, good staff rooms were a bit smaller but enough for 2 people swimming pool was a lot smaller than what was visible in the photos. Over-all decent and a safe experience

Hotel his good as well as food and service too. Just a thing that they are giving the same room as they shown. Room size is too small. Except that over all experience is good.

Hotel staff’s l behaviour was totally rude they Infact charge extra amount on all products, when I asked them about the additional charges they said it’s our hotels internal policy if you want to take water as well you have your pay 40 rs extra on every bottle. Worst experience. I suggest not to visit this worst place

My experience was less than satisfactory. One of the major drawbacks was the sluggish room service, which took an exasperating 30-40 minutes just to deliver a simple water bottle or food order. Additionally, the quality of the food left much to be desired, as there was a persistent unpleasant odor of cooking oil emanating from every meal. Overall, the slow service and unpleasant food odors significantly detracted from my stay at the hotel.

Property is neat and clean. Staff are supportive. Nice stay. Only drawback is it is little far from city but manageable.

Breakfast was ok ok. Rooms were fine, but no dental kit. Especially during one of the night, children's were playing football in corridor. It was so loudly and didn't understand why the hotel authority didn't take any action until i complained

Room size are too small. Deluxe and super deluxe rooms have very little space. Bathroom has also very short space. There is no outer view because there is a boys hostel and pg behind the hotel. So when you open the curtains only you see the hostel and pg students. Food is also average. Swimming pool space is very less. Only 5 to 6 kids can swim at a time. You can not say it's a pool.
