This place is more like airbnb not hotel. Firstly we booked for suite in which the washroom window's lock was broken we asked for help they said it is like that only. So we asked to change our room. As per pricing you won't get much pretty view. Although, the watchman shankar treated us well apart from all this non sense treatment.

The property is located at a nearby place in the old city. One side there is the city palace and the second side is fateh sagar lake. The hotel is located midway and it is easy to travel by rented bike. The behaviour of the staff is good but room service is ok ok. Hygiene is good. Safety is good. I personally found food not good and it is very costly. It is better to have breakfast and dinner outside the hotel. Room service is not that much as compared to the price we paid.

Service was not pretty good. No track of housekeeping, washroom basin was having a leakage and the rooms were tooo chilled up to stay.

Room was very spacious. Staff is also very polite and helpful. Rooftop restaurant and service is also very good. Our flush stopped working on checkout day. Since we needed to leave early it didn’t create much issue for us. Overall experience is good.

Large room with roof top restaurant and pool good city view good hotel and great ambiance of the hotel. Staff were supportive. Will surely recommend others.

A stay worth remembering. Everything had so amazing experience as roof top resturant, swimming pool & well specious rooms which cant find in any hotel. Staff was very cordial and taken care by hotel management really very well.

jitna Paisa liya utani vrat nahin hai hotel ki or hoteli service bhi koi khas nahin hai property mein staff bhi bahut kam hai food ekadam bakwas hai property mein mention Kiya hai lekh pichola 7t walking distant hai yah galat hai yahan se Lake pichola bahut dur hai Maine complaint bhi ki mere plan mein breakfast bhi incluid tha but Maine breakfast nahin liya kyunki Inka kitchen veg nonveg sath mein hai yah bhi mention nahin kar rakha hai mein phool bhi bacchon ke kuchh kam ka nahin hai bada swimming pool hai is property ko fore star rating de rakhi hai mujhe nahin lagta yah four star property hai

The service was slow, had to call the reception multiple times just to get water. Otherwise rooms were spacious and pretty, with decent food.

I recently stayed at shahpura barliya house for three days, and i couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel is spacious and impeccably maintained, providing a serene atmosphere that immediately felt like a home away from home. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, offering wonderful service throughout my stay. The rooms were luxurious and expansive, making for a very comfortable stay. I appreciated the thoughtful design and amenities that added to the overall comfort. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near all the major attractions in udaipur, making it easy to explore the city. The food was another highlight; every meal i had was delicious, and the staff was always accommodating with special requests. I highly recommend shahpura barliya house for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in udaipur.

Suggestions for improvement: 1. The room service was really time-consuming. However, the f. O. Employee suggested no outside food is allowed and you can enjoy the meal in dine-in or restaurant. 2. Taste: the food taste needs to be enhanced. Didn't find value money. 3. Room readiness: the room wasn't ready after the checkin. As amenities in bathroom, room landline, tea cups were missing, and even television wasn’t working.
