Very average stay

This property doesn't matches the standards of sterling group. Rooms are comparatively small. Food quality and service was below average quality. Welcome drink was mere formality. Dinner was not served in buffet rather they served on table which caused unwanted delay and frustration. Very average stay.

Ok first of all rooms are good no doubt all facilities top notch. But the highlights wed e the hotel staff and their hospitality were above and beyond expectations. Comfortable rooms with all modern facilities. Though the buffet was not available due to low occupancy, the staff catered to our food requirements and customized delicacies according to our taste. I wish sterling balicha and it's staff all the best.
