Rooms are not that good even room service also not good at all they have manu card for ordering food but doesn’t have food to serve not happy with their service and extra changes

Firstly, our booking of 2 deluxe room was accepted. Then at the time of check in they just gave us 1 room which also has attached room. But washroom is common. Secondly, attached room did not have any electricity for full day, on complaining about same - hotel staff was very rude about it. Thirdly, no one sits at reception. Then we booked deluxe room with free breakfast - we only got breakfast for 1 day in 2 days booking and that too got charged by the hotel. Their phone doesn't work. All n all pathetic services given i will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel located at very centre of the city so one can easily go to nearby places. Hotel staff is very supportive! food was also good quality and tasty!

I guess i should be happy i got a room for a thousand bucks in the heart of the city. Nothing else is to be grateful of. This has to be the worst hotel stay in my life. The staff doesn't care about anything. Again, if you want to stay in the heart of the city at a lower rate, go for it. That's the only good thing about it.

It was nice stay. Room and washroom is so specious. Maximum sightseeing is near the hotel. Catering should be improved

We had booked this for an employee of our firm. Though the package had breakfast included he was not offered breakfast. The food arrangements were also average. The rooms and accommodation were good though.

Breakfast was a challenge, they gave me only one option as poha, no choice given, room size and location wise it was good as city palace and pichola lake, bagore ki haveli, jagdish temple all are at walkable distance

We stayed for 2 days and the experience is decent. Room and toilet were clean, food was good. City palace is around 15 min walking distance. Room were sanitized in front of us and staff were friendly.
