"hotel is located in the heart of the city, exceeded my expectations! the property was immaculate, with modern amenities and a cozy ambiance. The food was delicious, with a varied breakfast buffet. The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and efficient, responding promptly to all my requests. The pool and gym were well-maintained. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, amenities, and location. Rating: 5/5 stars"

It was taj but not w ah taj as at many places floor was dirty, room walls were dated needs painting. Food ordered was not upto the mark as rice in biryani were hardish to chew. Rest staff was attentive and curvaceous

It was a wonderful stay with very courteous staff from the reception gate to the housekeeping, restaurant staff and golf cart riders ! food was excellent and the rooms were very clean ! overall great experience

Amazing property. Superb service. Right from check in tull check out. Special mention of mr. Suraj at the entrance gate and ms. Poonam and ritika at the reception all were fantastic. The buggy drivers and the cab drivers of the hotel were also excellent.

A property nicely nestled into the lap of aravalli hills with proximity to udaipur city within no time makes this property a must stay with family and friends.

My husband and i stayed at the mesmerising taj aravalli hills for 4 nights and had an utterly fabulous experience! we were welcomed by aditya at the reception who not only made the check-in super seamless, but also gave us a free upgrade to a traditional cottage (which was breathtakingly beautiful) after 1 day since they had spare rooms available! we were pampered from the get go! we spent a majority of our udaipur vacation at the resort because we couldn't get enough of the beauty & experiences that taj aravalli hills had to offer! the serene waterfall straight out of a movie, zorbing, swimming, spa, archery, paintball, foosball, air hockey, carrom and what not! the true highlight of the resort was the hospitality honestly! apart from aditya, gulshan from the restaurant, also made our dinner at javitiri (the thali is exceptional btw) so memorable, ritvik assisted us every query and helped us immensely with the rooms, the ever-smiling buggy operators, the super helpful & cheerful darwans who never missed to give us water bottles before we stepped out into sunny udaipur city! ujala, payal & kali were lovely to interact with and made our trip super convenient! this is by far our best resort experience globally and like the title says, we can't recommend it enough! thank you, team taj aravalli! we shall be back soon )

We try to call you for cancel trip or modify date but it’s very bad platform to connect anyone to discuss. Also if we go for modify date then price was showing double. We can not recommend this platform to book trip. Even one code received but we can not waver it also when booked.

My stay at taj aravalli was truly unforgettable. The hospitality was exceptional, and the service was top-notch. The resort exceeded my expectations in every way - the cuisine was delicious, the views were stunning, and the accommodations were luxurious and well-appointed. Kamal at the front door was very polite and it greeted very well each time

Stay was very nice exquisite, i really enjoyed the property as a whole that includes hospitality of the entire staff starting with 2 front men at the reception gate with suraj & kamal g, all the members of housekeeping staff, front office & f&b.

We got the cottage at taj aravalli and it was an amazing experience. The cottage was cozy and aesthetic. I also loved the spa and the pool. The only downside is how far it is from the main city so an inconvenience for sightseeing

Breakfast options are average, buggy takes lot of time to come. Tent rooms are very small. Room dining is crazy expensive !

First of all there was an hour delay in check-in process when we arrived. We arrived at 2:00 pm, but we got the room at 3:15 pm. This experience was like average hotel. After that we went to the room and called the room service three times from the room for order food for my daughter but got no answer from the front. When i booked the hotel, i asked to arrange my daughter's birthday cake on the morning of 18th but i did not get any cake in the morning, then i asked the reception in the afternoon to arrange the cake for me by the evening. But even then i did not get the cake. Then i called the room service again and said that when will i get the cake, then they sent me the cake at 7 o'clock. This experience was not good either. I booked two rooms but in both the rooms the hair dryer was not working. Even the rain shower does not work properly in room number 559 overall hotel experience was not that best as i expected at this price point will give 2 out of 5 but i appreciate work of suraj and kamal on welcome gate 5 out of 5
