The location of property is nearby to all tourist attractions. Easy to access and transportation is available easily. Thai food is good in taste but little bit expensive. Rooms are neat and clean with all basic as well as luxury amenities. While it was not peak season, we asked for a room upgrade, but was denied by the hotel staff.

Poor Stay

Rooms without windows are there what you get when you book through mmt which is not shown in room types while booking. When you ask for a room with window, you have to pay extra. The buffet breakfast is average with few choices, same variety everyday. However, the foreigners get special food served by the side of pool.

The hotel was well maintained and the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast on the first day, however, was very disappointing. No variety and not up to the mark in anyway. The second day it was better but still not very satisfactory. Lots of room for improvement in the food section. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Thanks

I stayed for 2 nights at amar mahal, udaipur. Its a well maintained hotel with aesthetic interiors. Suitable for large groups. Food was good and the location was accessible and not too far away from the city. Enjoyed the stay. Service could have been better.

1) toilet flush not working. 2) gym closed. 3) milk for kids charged at rs. 200+gst 4) poor cleanliness and hygiene 5) window of room broken compromising privacy and safety. 6) we cancel-led last day stay on day 1 and gm assured refund by mailing their csr but refused a day later. 7) no supervision in swimming - people swimming in regular cotton clothes, no shower before or after swim. Worst property ever. Not 4 star - 1 star

It’s was a comfortable stay special mention to mr. Tulsi. He helped us to get an upgrade to super deluxe room, but the deluxe room was not good due to weather and rainy season, it was bit smelly. Pool was good and the staff was polite and cooperative. Breakfast was not that great, location was perfect.

It was good experience. Room’s outside view could have been better. Only one day there was eggs for breakfast, rest all days were only vegetarian options. Dish like boiled egg or omelette maybe kept daily

Poor Stay

The Staff at Breakfast were sweet and helpful What wasn't good about the experience was: 1. The executive room that was shown in the pictures and the actual room that was offered were different. However, the staff refused to acknowledge the same despite it being extremely evident. 2. The toilet in room 111 was smelling very bad and the room wasn't cleaned during the day despite there being no Do Not Disturb sign or indication of us not wanting cleaning.The staff did finally move us to another room with an upgrade eventually after a lot of discussion. However, the AC in that room wasn't cooling well, which again the maintenance staff wasn't willing to acknowledge despite spending close to 20 mins in the room waiting for it to cool. 3. The bathroom linen was discolored despite it being fresh 4. Breakfast was average 5. The rooms mentioned a city view. However, both the rooms had blocked views. One was facing a building at very close quarters and one had a huge cooling unit right infront of the window I would definitely work on training the staff better in handling customer requests and ensuring honest communication to customers.

Hotel is very beautiful rooms are very clean, staff is friendly but there is no soap or shower gel even dental kit was delivered on request. The worst thing is that sich a beautiful hotel but ac is not working stating that load shedding problem in udaipur
