Let me give a detailed review for this hotel: 1. We had booked the palace suite for 1 night stay, but despite spending so much for the suite, the rooms were not kept up well. No hot water coming from the shower. Despite calling the reception and complaining about it, no action was taken. 2. Food also was below average. We ordered chicken pizza at our room, which was okay. For dinner we had ordered butter chicken, dal baluchi and laccha paratha - somehow i felt not so good after eating that food 3. Breakfast was even more disappointing - the breakfast spread was so sad, not a very lively environment. Not much variety in the food. French toast and pancakes are lying already made. We even ordering a multigrain french toast; one of the items from the available list of food for serving to the customers, we did not even get the same. 4. Service is very slow and below average. Considering it to be a 5 star, i expected much better service from them, but please dont keep much expectations from this hotel. 5. The suite room also had its light going on off for few secs in every 15-20 mins. Because of that even the tv which was connected to the wifi wasnt working properly 6. Wifi speed - not so great i dont know how this place is still running as a 5 star hotel.

Fabulous. It was royal experience and vibration of laxmi voila is so soothing. All the team members are so cooperative. My personal experience is so awesome as feeling grateful to having the experience. Person should love royal experience and simplicity. Love to know our reach culture

Looks grand like a palace, vast green lawns with a nice view of fateh sagar lake and the surrounding aravalli mountains. Rooms were okay, nothing exceptional, old hotel and hence no pool or escalators, good breakfast but can be more options like other 5 star properties. Overall it was a nice experience!

Excellent service. When my father was unwell, they have done everything needed. They called the doctor and got us medicine in the middle of the day. From kitchen also they provided everything needed. I really appreciate their help

We stayed in this property for 3 nights. Location of the property is amazing and maintained very well. However towels they gave was old towels and were discoloured, which is unacceptable in a 5 star property. We need to specifically ask for fresh and white towels. Breakfast was very average and spread and setup was not a 5 star experience. We also had a la cart e lunch, some items were good and we need to return back an item. Overall, considering the amount we pay for food, it was a sub-par culinary experience and not a 5 star experience. Overall a beautiful well maintained property in a great location with average culinary and other experiences. Team was very helpful and trying to address all out needs.

Good location and food. Breakfast and dinner was good. Service was good by reena. However, not all brands of liquor were available in the menu. Dinner at the garden reastaurant was good but service was slow. Ordered a cocktal which came after 30 minutes. Only 3 tables were occupied. Room service was pathetic. Ordered a beer which came after 40 minutes and server had no bottle opener. He said they are no allowed to carry one and to contact house keeping. I called house keeping and they did not arrive at all. Just ignored me.

Property is located with a great view of fateh sagar lake. Premises are well maintained and have lots of green spaces. Rooms are well furnished. No ubs port in the rooms and electric sockets need replacement. Service is ok. Breakfast has reasonable choice.

Stunning view of fat-he sagar lake from this hotel and surrounded by lush green huge lawns and trees. Udaipur is altogether different experience from this hotel
