The stay was okay. There was no daily service: we were shifted to a different room in a span of 3 hours. The original room had no hot water, the bathtub had no outlet for water and towels, water, toiletries weren’t replaced daily

सबसे पहले चेक-इन के लिये काफ़ीदिक़्क़त आई , रिसेप्शन वाले हमें लोअर केटेगरीवाली रूम आलॉट कर रहे थे और हमें समझानेकी कोसिस कर रहे थे कि यहीं आपकी पसंद की हुई किंग रूम ( ९०० sq ft और स्विमिंग पुल व्यू ) है, जबकि उन्होंने काफ़ी छोटी रम और बिना स्विमिंग पुलवाली रम ऑलोट की काफ़ी आर्गुमेंटके बाद उन्होंने बताया कि सारे king रूम अंडर मेंटेनेंस है, इसलिए हम आपको यही ऑर्डिनरी रूम दे सकते है रिसोर्ट में काफ़ी जगह बारिश का पानी निकलने की जगह भी नहीं है बारिश की वजह से walk way भी कई जगह फिसल जाये ऐसी हो गई थी अंतमें इतना ज़रूर कहना चाहूँगा की कभी ये रिसोर्ट कोईं भी गेस्ट को पसंद नहीं करना चाहिए

Property was too good for stay. Just only one problem, if you dont have your personal car then it will be difficult for you as cab are not available in that area

Just awesome booked 2 rooms , the best staff , best property rooms were clean, they upgraded one of my room free of cost and also provided me the early check in around 3 hour before the given time. Thank you very much royal retreat for making my day memorable

-The resort is on a great location with nature of peace... -The resort has a lovely Architectural views, which gives feels you are living in a heritage property.... -Food and overall ambience of Darbar(Dining area)was also good, and Staff was so supportive.... -Such a Royal experience to me at The Royal Retreat....

Nice pleasent place situated between mountains in outskirts of udaipur. Staff was very helpful and well behaved. Room and exterior was good n pleasent. Breakfast was very nice. Dinner was okayish. Google will guide you via a narrow road so try to ask local people to go to badi village. A better road to reach.

Properties very large and very clean, have a three swimming pools, we stay in deluxe room. Staff is very cooperative. Food restaurant ambience is very much impressive. Everything is up to the mark. Just one minor thing i found over here, why do we have television over here as we don't have any channels to watch, at least you should purchase any package.

Golf car service to pick up and drop from rooms to other locations on the property is the best service as well. Food quality is awesome. Superb hospitality by staff at dinner. They allowing the outside alchol.
