If you wish to relax from a routine hectic schedule this is the perfect property for you. A little bit isolated but it is situated between a range of mountains.

Overall its a good property, however service can be improved. Delayed in delivery of food without call room services and food overpriced

Poor Stay

This hotel is very far away from city and secluded. Room inside looks fine but i have never seen such worst service anywhere. Ordered dinner and after 1 hour the room service tells me lame excuse and says no food. I had to sleep hungry. Geyser in bathroom did nor work. Waited for 1 hour for them to rectify but to no avail. I have asked them to send a bucket of hot water. Even thst could not be arranged by them. I had to take shower with ice cold water as i had to rush to airport. Over all it was a blunder we booked this hotel

Very isolated hotel

The hotel is very far from city. It is at a very isolated place. No cab is willing to go there. There is bug in the system. This hotel is shown near ramada whereas actually it 22 km away.

Terrible Stay

The property is huge and well built. There weren't any toiletries when we first entered the room, the intercom wasn't working we had to go to the reception late in the night. Breakfast was below average. This place is for events like weddings and large gatherings only, not for individuals visiting and expecting great hospitality. Disappointed.

not sufficient lighting in the room no fan in the room. cable was not re charged. they did after complaining to manager. breakfast had very limited options and were taking too long to bring items and were empty most of the time. when complained at the reception they said they can not do anything about it. overall as compared to the price the resort was highly over priced with well below average service.

They forced ous to do early checkout

As per our booking the checkout time is of 12pm but from reception they are continuously calling and forcing ous to do checkout before time. They also misbehaved and continuously disturb ous. Also bath kit was not provided on time. I had booking for 2days. First day my room ac was not working properly. Wrost hotel they force ous to do early checkout because their guest was waiting.
