Room was not properly cleaned during check-in. There was cigarette smell in washroom, a burnt cigarette was also there which was not disposed

room - 3/10cleanliness - 4/10staff - 8/10rooms were not cleaned and looked old as i can see an attempt being made to seal cracks on wall which was clearly visible throughout the wall.switchboard cover falling off.comforter cover was torn in my room. stains on bedsheets.tv remote was difficult to operate so we avoided to watch tv altogether as it was smart tv and connecting the tv with internet was difficult to do with the available remote.toiletries were not available.bodywash seemed expired.

Beware of their world class breakfast

They have very very limited comp breakfast menu. Bread jam/butter, samosa and poha. Accompanied with a tea n that's it!
