The condition of bathroom is very bad. Latrine faucet is not working. No hot water supply. We bathed with very cold water. There is no phone or mobile number to contact for any help.

Hotel looks good in photos but it isnt in real swimming pool wasnt available according to owner it was under maintenance which was available 2 days ago owner beheheheehhaviour wasnt that good

Average stay and 100 % vegetarian

It was an average stay. The best part of this hotel is they have huge space. Big garden. Basic amenities was there but you have to ask. Like there was no towel, and when i called, it didn’t came, i have to walk to reception. There is no telephone in rooms. There was no soaps in bathroom. These are basic things.

Bed smell in bathroom, no mirror in bathroom, tap leaking. And privacy was not maintained as in main door 15-20 mm gap between both shutters.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Homely and welcoming

The place was easy to find close to the highway. The tram and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The place is clean and functional and exactly as described. Some repairs are on but we were given rooms without any disturbance. The food was excellent freshly made and home like.

Bats are there in the room

suddenly in the night I woke up to a bat crawling on my face, the owner and the staff were rude and did not do anything, worst experience, if you want your family harassed and play with super bad hygiene please go.

Bat in room. Horrible experience

I booked room 212 from 7 to 9 april. I booked spirit residency because it was approved by treebo. But to my shock i found a bat in my room at 4 am. No staff wa available to help me. At 9 am hotel owner came and instead of helping or apologising he said bat to chota sa "pakshi"h. Horrible expereince. Pathetic service. I request everyone to never trust treebo and never ever book spirit residency.
