The in house kitchen was not open so we had to wait for breakfast for 30-40 mins. But overall rooms were spacious and clean and good. We enjoyed our 2 days stay alot

Room is very clean and neat, but room size is very small, and entire night rain drops make noice by falling on iron sheets.

Hotel was not expecting as required. Bad experience of no water then blemished water in bathrooms no hot water in some room and complimentary breakfast was not in the hotel arranged in outside hotel which was not neat. Also very few items was complimentary and we need to pay extra for other items.

The place is approx 20 minutes away from sri krishna matha temple. A very budgeted hotel but definitely worth the price. The rooms are very clean. Bedsheets and restroom were clean when visited which is the foremost necessity of any stay. Staff is very courteous and there is a hotel ( sp cafe) around 100 meters which caters to all your eating needs. The tea in the cafe is a must try. The breakfast was included in the price and the hotel offered us 2 items per head which is again very economical to the price you give. All in all if you have your own vehicle without any second doubt book the place. As it's on the main road there will definitely be transport also for the main temple location.

Hotel is located at the road side and easy to commute. Hotel is furnished with all the amenities and no complain about it but the breakfast is not good as every day same breakfast is being served. Otherwise it’s very good to stay.

Went there with family for a short trip as part of job requirements. The property is at ease of location but a little bit far away from manipal city. The property doesn't have a restaurant of its own. Breakfast was arranged at a nearby restaurant which is difficult during rainy days. Hot water was not available in the room, even though they claim to have fitted a solar water heater. Just two bottles of water was complimentary for 2 adults for two days. They do not maintain a gst billing system at hotel.

The stay was good workers were very co-operative breakfast service need to be improved but the complete stay i will say was 4/5 for a single person the room was very friendly and also the view from window was too cool.

Room was decent but had mosquitoes. No effort had been made to keep the room free of mosquitoes. The instructions regarding hot water were inaccurate and misleading. After calling for help, the person who came to help also did not know the procedure for providing hot water. He had to call for help and ended up wasting more than 100 liters of water before actually getting hot water to flow in the tap. Quite disappointing. Breakfast is available only after 8 am, and since i needed to check out early i had to skip the breakfast.

Rooms and corridor were not clean. Ac remote was not provided and ac was not working properly. People were smoking cigarettes even though property says strictly no smoking and all smoke enters rooms causing inconvenience for other guests.

The stay was very comfortable and we had a great experience. For the price point, the hotel offered a pleasant stay with every amenities. Water bottle, hot water, toiletries, etc. Hope the hotel continues to offer the same services in future too

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room included all useful amenities and was clean. Parking has limited space in front of the hotel room. The hotel location is a bit to the outskirts of the city, but it's closer to the heritage village museum. Overall it's a quite good place make a stay.
