My room was 203 on the second floor and 1 st floor was their pub and my room is full of vibration and it is very disturbed for me during my exam time

As soon as we entered the room, there was a foul smell. The room had a dead cockroach and the bathroom has had several cockroaches as well, there was no toilet paper provided. The extra mattress provided by the hotel was extremely uncomfy. We had booked the place for 2 nights but we had such a horrible experience that we checked out in one night to stay somewhere else.

Staff in general is polite and all, but the ones on weekends are extremely rude. Location is good, food was great and there weren't much amenities as such but still it was okay

We had a very pleasant stay at prat-ham inn. The hotel is located at a nice and calm place, the room was neat and clean, spacious and well maintained. Staffs were courteous and well behaved. All amenities were in working condition. Food served was also very good. Hotel doesn’t serve breakfast however the same was available in the market place nearby ( having several good quality restaurants. Overall it was an excellent stay. Excellent stay in neat, clean and spacious rooms, all amenities working fine, courteous staffs and nice hotel location.

Very bad stay. Cockroach and mosquito in rooms. No mosquito repellent. Pub in the same building. Noise disturb stay

I think it would be better to reverse my hard earned money for no stay

Terrible first the contact number didn't picked waited outside 30 min then caretaker met se said he has no information regarding booking then he called to property owner she said she has refused mmt for any bookings but when i told i have already paid 5000 and i'm with my family she allowed us to stay but after watching the room got shocked and also caretaker was having fun with his 4 to 5 friends drinking also so i straighaway left the place due to insecurity i have used your services before also but didn't expected this one next time i'll think once

Good stay loved it, it’s in the heart of manipal easily accessible, property got a pub in it so people who want to sleep peacefully try to sleep at 11

A big no to family. There is a pub in the same building getting so much noise always. Rooms are very bad u can see cockroaches inside rooms

The staff was courteous. The room was decent although a little small for the price. The bed sheet and blankets were dirty though. The food was good and affordable.
