The stay was pleasant and the location is very good as the railway station is nearby and the private bus station is also on a walking distance. It has own food restaurant and the food is very good and reasonable also. Room and toilet was clean. Overall experience was good and satisfactory.

A good budget hotel for the price i paid. Location is great and mahakaleshwar temple, harsidhi shaktipeeth and many tourist spots are within 1-2km from hotel. Rooms were decent and cleanliness was good. Food from the restaurant chanakya within the hotel is good and serves delicious food at reasonable price.

Hotel is easy to reach, very near to the ujjain junction, stay was comfortable, and room was clean, but there were no windows in the room, room size was too small, bathroom is also too small, service staff in the hotel are rude.

They have cupboard in washroom. They don't have geysers in the room. They operate geysers on their own. We can't operate for hot or cold water. The room is also dirty and it seems they don't clean. I don't have pictures and didn't click

Though the rooms are compact but they were good and clean. Amenities in the room can be improved like tea/coffee maker (considering the price that we paid. Otherwise, no complaints. Hotel was safe enough, did not felt unsafe anytime. Hygiene at the hotel was decent enough but can be improved especially in the common washroom near the reception area. Food at hotel's restaurant was good - tasty and well priced (neither expensive nor cheap. Staff was cooperative and attentive enough. Location is the best part. Right opposite to the ujjain railway station. Very convenient. Many local dining and local transport options available nearby. Improvement area: need to ensure that the water from bathroom does not come outside/inside the room. Noise from outside, mostly hotel staff walking and talking in the corridor was clearly audible. Need to ensure either rooms walls/doors are sound proof or avoid having staff talking loudly in the corridor.

One star hotel. Even rats are running in the room. Moreover when i demanding for bill during checkout, they said that we are not giving any bill. Really it's terrible stay for me. Never recommended. Big no for recommend to anyone. Unhygienic hotel. Washroom are very dirty and smell is going on.

Hotel is un hygienic washroom have not good not cleaned, water flush not working, bed sheet is not cleaned, car parking not available, ac is not working properly, bed is also broken

Rooms were very tiny and space was not enough for two person. Property was not clean and place was dirty though food was good.

The price shown was very overpriced. We booked for two premium rooms but both rooms were very different one had dysfunctional lights and less space

The hotel management and staff is not available also the bathroom is smells very bad with no ventilation air conditioner control and remote is not available in the room. During stayed we wasn’t allowed to turn on air conditioner

Not best but not bad too🙂🙂 Good location as it's infront of station. I can give 5 out of 5 for the service that they have provided Not many amenities but they served the best they have!!!
