Location was not so easy to find. Google maps showed a different route, but actually the location was on a narrow road where 4 wheelers cannot enter easily. Didn't try food from their out sourced restaurant. There was no toiletries or water bottles given during check in. We had to ask them to provide at least a soap. The rooms were small but overall the stay was ok for the night.

We booked hotel from mmt near mahakaleshwar mandir. 1st plus point it's very near by from mahakal mandir just walking distance. Rooms are clean and cozy. Staffs are very respectful and friendly. Will stay again in same hotel on my next visit. Food restaurant and purchasing is also near by from hotel. Overall good property to stay. Prices are also very affordable. Keep it up hotel garima.

It was a pleasant stay, rooms are clean and hotel staff is cooperative. The only minus point is the hotel doesn't have a parking facility.

Bed room is too small, bath room is too too small, they do not provide drinking water. None of bathroom fittings are working. No chair, wifi provided as claimed. Too too too much costly compared to price. Would suggest guests not to opt for this stay.

Bathroom is too small, also location is in narrow gully, room i received was very expensive as compared to room quality.

Room was not cleaned and bedsheets were not changed when we checked in. After complaining they changed.

The stay was okayish, the room size were big for family of 3-4 but there was continue bad smell in room and bedsheets were also dirty. My discount?

Hotel location was nearer to temple but ro water provided by hotel was not so good. Hotel manager behaviour was good.

Hotel is in the street, bathroom fittings were not working properly. Bathroom is very small. Without asking nothing was provided. No parking facility. Cudnt cancel the booking as paid already. Hotel is in the residential area.

Room clean fresh, location just opposite to mahakaal corridor that make it better locality. Therefore it is great place to stay in that price

कोई भी ऑटो ड्राइवर गरिमा होटल को नहीं जानता। होटल के नंबर से फ़ोन पर पता व रास्ता पूछा गया । होटल भूलभुलैया जैसी गली में। वरिष्ठ नागरिक का बताने के बावजूद दूसरी मंज़िल पर कमरा दिया बाद में पता चला पूरा होटल ख़ाली था। पानी और चाय बाहर से मंगानी पड़ेगी। दो दिन ठहरे लेकिन मैनेजर या मालिक के दर्शन नहीं हुए। हाँ होटल ज़रूर साफ़ सुथरा था

Hotel is located near mahakal temple but it is quite inside street. Generally auto and cab doesn't prefer to pick or drop from hotel. Rooms are decent and clean. Staff is quite cooperative. Good budget hotel.

Close to the mahakaleshwar temple. They are not giving towels, not a problem for me. If price around 1800 i would rate it 4 but because they helped me arrange 24 hours loundry and to pay for my cell phone service they got 5.

The hotel service is very very poor they even don't have any option to provide a glass of got water. When i forcefully asked for a glass of hot water, they provide in a plastic bottle. Experience was very bad here.
