Staffing service is good but everything else was bad, rooms were small and untidy, cleanliness is poor, hotel manger was not good at behaving. Please look out for other option

We found room is small and not maintain. No exhaust fan in bathrooms, pop pill off from many places. No cross ventilation, bathroom is not good condition.

As we book 02 rooms for 8 persons but rooms are not maintain. No exhaust fan in bathrooms, in one room found big rat moving around. Pop pill off from many places. No cross ventilation, room glass is brocken. room price is highly over prices by 100. Don't book.

The hotel amenities are very bad. The bathrooms are not clean. The bathroom and main door cannot be closed. There are spit stains on the walls on one side of bed. The lift is very dangerous. Only good thing is the location. It's 5 minutes to the railway station.

Hotel location is quite ok like it's near to ujjain station as well as bus stop. For food one can roam around and find better options. But the hotel room is not that maintained and not worthy of the price. I personally didn't like the ambiance.

Entire property is uncleaned. Rooms and bathrooms are dirty. Insects were running on the floor. Everything was uncleaned.

Maha bakwaas, koi v suvidha nhi h, light v chili jati h 2 ghante ke liye, reception me v koi phone nahi receive kart e h, bed par chitiyaan chalti h, lift v band rehti h

I am very enjoy this trip and stay in this hotel, the room was so good, facility and amenities also good, staff behavior very supporting and helpful, easy to accessible and food service is good food are very tasty. Overall my experience are wonderful.
