There was no proper system of drinking water, washroom was dirty, it's not upto the mark. have used impressive images while in real it's not worth it

cleanliness of room and bathroom is totally bad, even more smell for previous customer he chewing tobacco and spitt in bathroom. So my family not able to stay and there is no any responsible person who check the previous customer spreading blanket. Also no any responsible for checking cleaning of room.

The staff is polite and cooperative. Room quality is okay and cost is high considering the area. The cleanliness needs to be improved to say okay. The location on the map is correct, but not known to auto walas. There are good views from one side and only from the top floor.

The room condition was good. No food facility was available in the room, you have to go out for breakfast, lunch and dinner on your own. I stayed there for two days. Check in time is 10 am and check out time is 9 am. You can easily find the address of this hotel by google map.

Don't book this hotel. Staff is too bad, he used to switch off ac at mid night without informing the customer. To much mosquitoes in room. Very pathetic stay, hotel staff used to switch off room ac supply at mid night. No dustbin in room, too much mosquitoes in room.

It has lodge type facility with no food and other amenities. Rooms are dirty and used bed sheets and pillows covers are provided. However location is good but one should get better stay at same price

It was a good stay but it needs some renovation and it's under process there is only stay available here no food services are provided ha you can have tea or coffee that's available here shops are nearby you can explore for food and mahakaleshwar jyotirling is on walkable distance it also have a e-rikshaw service which makes you a tour of temples outside of the city area

I didnt stayed at that holiday. I left for new search. I got new room.

Pathetic washroom condition. Even while booking i called hotel told about specific requirement. I was not satisfied at all.

Worst stay ever of my life. Rats in the room. No cleaning. Property owner not picking the call when we want to know the exact address. They have some average room which they give to walking traveller.

Start was good as hotel provided alternate room for fresh an hour before checkin. But after check in in the room. Room's charger points were all not working. Then geyser not working. Alternate option provided was also not proper.

We reached at early 4:30, early check in charges apply. But the room was not at all clean. Bedsheets, pillow cover were dirty and washroom was also not clean

In short i can say, it is a dharmashala not a hotel. I paid 3550 for a room without ac. And washroom was dirty. No facility of anything which is normally available in any hotel. Very poor experience with hotel mahakal vishram ujjain.
