The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staffs are very polite and helpful. They would listen to your requests and help you as much as possible.

I found the property from my my trip (mmt) The breakfast provided is local stuff which is delicious. The amenities are not up to mark like kettles--- hot water given after the request made. good for a family stay 😊.

The experience was not good. Room charges were taken very high as compared to services. Basic things were not kept in the room like water, towel, soaps etc. The washroom tap was leaking and not working well.

Basic hygiene was not maintained - dirty bedsheets and pillows - washrooms were extremely dirty - dirty towels with hair stick to it - no proper breakfast provided - staff was extremely rude

Its a dharamshala, staying there is like compulsion, location in narrow lane, no tea maker, water bottle chargeable, all taps leaking in bathroom. Service is satisfactory. Multistory parking is very near, so parking is not a problem. For breakfast no plates, spoon, just a street food in dona pattal.

Location of not good. Congested narrow gali. Toilet flush not working of every room, even we change room. After that not comfortable. Not even a complimentary single water bottle provided by hotel. Overall service is slow. Not recommended specially for families. Don't decide hotel by check photos on online platform.

Hotel midland in ujjain is located in a narrow street and 4 wheelers cannot go there. Hotel lobby and rooms are totally unhigenic. I suggest mmt to not recommend to anybody.

Room was spacious, but breakfast is not upto the mark, as hotel doesn't hv its own kitchen. Actually its same in all the hotels at ujjain, so i m okay with it.

Best ever darshan worst ever stay. Ill-mannered staff, smelly rooms full of insects and cockroaches. Bathroom is in bad condition also the flush doesn't work. In wester comode we use bucket water to flush the dump. Never had this kind of experience in my life.
