Excellent stay clean and maintained. Very near to mahakal temple. Food also delicious and affordable. Good room service

Washroom were not cleaned. Rooms interiors was not well maintained. Washroom door was not getting locked, carpenter did some workaround to solve the problem.

Very well maintained hotel. Nice location, Shri Mahakal Temple is only 2 km away from hotel. Even Mahakal Lok is nearby. Overall value for money

Stay was quite pleasant and comfortable with spacious rooms and hotel staff being very hospitable. Room service was also quick. Breakfast also had good variety. Good food served at magic restaurant

Property location was very good, convenient and easy to find conveyance every time even at late night. Staff was polite and helpful, food was good with ok spread in breakfast considering the charges, upkeep of the bedsheet, washroom was average, ours was short stay so no complains

Location is convenient and easily accessible from city points. Food was very tasty with national taste, services were good and people were hospitable, amenities could have been better in room. Linen needed real attention. Tariff is certainly higher than compared to indore. Should have been 4000 against 5800. Only sour point. Felt like being with homely feeling and helpful staff.

Rooms were very bad. Not at all clean. Washroom completely different from pictures. Towels, bathmats, bedding were unclean. Pathetic service

The rooms were not clean as expected from a hotel charging more than rs - a day for one room. There was dust on sofas and the beds in the room and even on the side tables and other furniture. They did not provide proper toiletries for use. They did not provide hand towels despite demand saying they do not provide such towels to any guest. One of the bath towel provided by them also was in bad condition and having holes. They changed this towel on demand. The foot mat laying at the bathroom door was also very old and shabby. We took breakfast in the restaurant. It was also not very clean and they served water in plastic glasses.

Rooms are neat and clean. Food is excellent. Only one issue is room rent is more than doubled due to whatever reason.

I started receiving calls from unknown number of people from their location in hotel only shared the number and they are using it the manager who took the entries he had done all this. If again i received any calls or msgs from any number i will register fir against hotel

Pleasant stay with near by to railway station and main road to indore. Rooms can fit 3 ppl easily.
