Property is located nearby main temple. Good for family. But rooms are congested and no proper housekeeping service available.

The average stay overall as hotel owner behaviour is not good. Charged 1000rs for 5 extra hours. The good part is the hotel is half km away from mahakal temple and in the market from where you can get autos. There are multiple options in ujjain but if you still haven't found any suitable hotel then only take this one else not recommended.

First of all rooms were untidy and smelling. We request to change the room as bedsheets were untidy and smelling bad. We get another room after an hour of waiting. Service is worst and we have soo much of uncomfortable experience that we feel we have wasted our money on bad service of hotel and our trust on make my trip is shaken after this experience. I hope you instruct the hotel host to treat the guest with at-most comfort and should provide them maintained rooms

Owners and staffs were very arrogant, room and toilets needs to get it cleaned by requesting them, we had no options as other hotel were packed

Hotel Prestige is a nice hotel with close proximity to important locations. You can walk and reach to all temples in the town. Hotel does not offer toiletries but does offer bottled drinking water free of charge. It suffers from frequent electricity cuts. Staff offered good service and were helpful in every way they could.

Since the time of booking till i reach at hotel, updated contact number was continue switch off and no response on whatsapp (lack of communication) for customer need to upgrade washroom and cleaniness washroom was jst ok average not up to the mark as per price they charge basis toiletary was not available in washroom even towel was not available in the room, despite ask twice couldn't receive the same need to upgrade services
