Not provided an executive room which i booked. There i found no telephone available to contact reception or any other services. The bathroom is not clean and the tiles are broken. No almirah available in the room.

Hotal samay is best place to stay in ujjain. If u have to stay more than 2 days. Behaviour of staffs was soft and well behaved. Most valuable thing is - please take food from same hotel because it was superb duperb test. My experience was excellent.

They took from me for 1 day and next day i booked, room was unhygienic and blankets were so dirty, wasn't even washed and were covered in food stains. Bathroom was dirty, flush wasn't working and all the staff want is money. Hotel is a bit far from mahakal temple though location was good. I would recommend to book some other hotel on the same location but not this one.

Cleanliness was not up to the mark and too many mosquitoes were there in the room. Away from temple.

Rooms not cleaned, room changed thrice in two days stay, very small rooms, having bad smell, chasing for payment rudely while it was all-ready paid.

Due to late checkin in night and high demand in weekend, the hotel provided us their staff room to use for one day. And most probably given our booked room to someone else. For one night we stayed in miserable condition in a dirty room and bathroom full of houseflies. The other day we got shifted to an average room, definitely not the big one we booked. Not recommended to travellers.

Property is at good location. Service was also good. Not satisfy with room quality. Not a value for money hotel. Money taken was of 3 star hotel but this was barely a 1 star. Initially they have given as servant room then after complaint they have changed room to different one. Not customer centric hotel.

Hotel delay in check in also receptionist using abusing language on phone in front of family wrong scenario ever also raise concern on mm t but not connect after check out they call about concern worst service ever. Going with family not satisfied with mm t also room not clean and stink in rooms.

Hotel is at very good loction but room was very small and dirty. Tv was not working, tap was broken then room changed but this was too some how same. Best thing was staff was good and polite. Hotel need alot of maintenance.

Hotel was ok but it should improve in terms of hygiene and service. One can consider if they are bachelor for family it is not up to the mark

There was a dim light .they told it can't be switched off.light intensity was not low. In morning toilet flush was not working.blankets were not clean

The rooms allocated were stinky and not as per the tariff. The management was really terrible. I felt that the manager at reception was acting like a boss. He was not sure that breakfast was included or not in the booking. The rooms are not hygienic. I would not prefer this hotel “samay” to any one. And also request to mm t that remove this hotel from your list on the grounds of poor management, in professional management and unhygienic rooms.

Pathetic rooms and terrible washroom

No ventilation and the room was smelling something weird. Washroom was even worse as there was no shower and it was completely unhygienic. In the morning, only boiling hot water was there making it hard to bath. Even washbasin taps were dispensing hot water. Additionally they did not provide us with water bottles.

I booked a deluxe hotel but got the worst i had ever seen in my life. Toilets are so poor and there is smell that remains until i checked out. I Paid /- but got the worst😔

Food quality and service is pathetic. Room service is not available. Toiletries are not available. Rooms and bed condition is worst. Ac are too old to work. Tv won't work
