Room & linen was not clean. Services not good, cockroach was running on bed side. Location was ok but the staff was not cooperative.

Had previously visited ujjain in 2023, maintenance was better not so good, however given another chance 2024 july visited this place i must say maintenance is not just bad but worst. Starting from waiting in reception on terrible cushions on sofas. Bad smelling corridors with plates and glasses placed outside of rooms with flies and misquotes playing around them. Washrooms are always with bad smell. I had to chose this as it is close to temple complex, but realised there are still some decent options within the same range from temple. Management has to step-up on cleanliness and maintenance given their opportunity to have more better customer experience within such close distance to temple

The staff is really sweet and helpful. They made our stay really comfortable and would love to go back. The deluxe rooms are kinda small though but works for an overnight stay. Overall we had a great experience.

Worst management ever i have seen. They are only there to loot the travellers. Railways are cancel-led by central government given information 38 hours before checkin time but they are denied to cancel booking.

The room was well organised. The services were bit slow from the expection but beside it the ambience was good. The important thing is that it is very much to shri mahakaal temple.

The room was not clean and staff behavior was very unprofessional and rude. Will not suggest it to anyone. It's not worth paying such a handsome amount for this kind of room. Food was also terrible.

Pathetic hotel

Pathetic stay ! was in group of 6 got 2 room with extra beds and this property had no water in bathrooms and lot of cockroaches on the bed ! which was bad stinging sheets secondly charged us over price as they are located temple and as specially no hospitality by hotel ppl ! i so surprised they why make my trip have enrolled them in their list of hotels!

The hotel is close to mahakal temple. Rooms are clean and staff is good. The only thing to improve is please provide good toiletries. Overall the hotel is perfect for stay !

Did not like the stay. Rooms were not ready. Small rooms. No airy rooms. Tight. Washrooms are not good. Taps are broken. Food is worst. Did not serve water bottles. Overall not a pleasant stay

We had a good stay at the hotel. The best part is the location which is close to the mahakaleshwar mandir and staff was courteous.

Locational advantage is there. It very expensive compared to the tariff charged and facilities being provided.

The one and only plus point of this hotel is near to temple. That’s it. Remaining all are -vie only. Taking 5300- per/night not maintaining minimum standards also. If ac started, you can’t ho for washroom. Ac water is splitting on commode through exhorts fan. Tv not working, no neatness’s. Nothing available to give that price to this property.
