I stayed in suryodaya hotel with family it was good stay without any discomfort cherry on the top is the room service staff named arvind very active boy who took care of everything also i’ve forgotten my headphones in my room while check out arvind called me and returned my headphones big thanks to him

Overall service was good, but disappointed with breakfast, they provided half plate breakfast to us. When we complaint they said this is the policy of our hotel, i never had this type of experience in any of the hotels i stayed uptill.

I have book a suite room but regret to tell you my family was very upset as bathroom flush are not working no hot water kettle is there and in the name of breakfast they had served only one pratha and tea and on asking for another pratha they informed us as this will cost extra to you and waiting time for breakfast was more than 40 minutes.

Property was quite neat, clean and peaceful. Though it's small near a residential area. Staff was cooperative and humble. Room size was small but manageable

Location and staff is good. Closer to nanakheda bus stand. Clean hotel. 3. 5 kms to mahakal temple. 10 minutes from ujjain railway station.

A nice hotel with friendly staffs and great location. Certain issues like ac remote and it was little smelly otherwise the hotel is worth the price

Location is extremely good, they have parking space. Rooms are big and properly ventilated and staff is courteous. Nearby temple if you take gps route. Pleasant stay.

It was a comfortable stay. The staff was prompt and accommodating. Would definitely recommend someone visiting ujjain. Special mention to ms. Shivani, who was extremely kind and sweet.

Rooms are not really good. Walls are dirty and bathroom is uncleaned and toilet is unhygienic. Owner is very arrogant. The price are very high here, you won't get the good service.

Room size was showing 161 meter square and in real it's not even 50. Ac was not working at all full night. We was unable to sleep. Please remove this hotel from your portal. It's destroying your name as well.

Rooms are not at all clean very very dirty and smelly curtains and foot mats full of dirt lots of mosquitos, washroom all bath accessories leaking and a bad smell in the washroom, bedsheet smells bad worst stay experience also far from mahakal temple and main city attractions. No restaurant or food facility in the hotel. Not recommended

The location of the property is okay. Not many places for eating nearby. The room were clean. The room had a sealed transparent small window touching the roof which was not having any curtains and light from the outside was coming in. That was quiet uncomfortable.

Worst service and worst hospitality. No hot water, rooms are dirty. And hight is, extra payment taken by staff and refused to give receipt of it.
