Hotel was good and it was very well located. All the tourist places were nearby and also it was affordable. Should stay there and give them chance to improve their facility and services.

Third claas hotel. Iam never book this hotel in my life. Hotel is not like the shown on web site. Web site give 5 star to this hotel but this is a star hotel. Bathroom of this hotel just like road side toilet. My bathroom in my house is 100 time beter than this hotel.

Worst room and no cleanliness

The room was worst, window which was visible from outside. There is no cleanliness, AC water was falling inside the room though I booked AC super deluxe room. Old model TV was fitted, gate lock was broken, there was no security inside the room and water in the bathroom was of bad smell.

In view of spatula stay was not facilitated as desired

We have not facilitated in the availed hotel as treat of five star and gredation of hospitality was assured as 5 star hotel, we have charged the rate of five star hotel facility and services which was provided to us was poor than a guest house. We assume that we are cheated by makemytrip and would like to refund of our money which is charged against five star facility after deducting the jeneun charges of facilities which was provided

The most pathetic experience

It was a family trip of six in the month of May 2016. It was the worst ever experience of staying in Ujjain. Rooms are not same as pictures. Serviceand staff both was very worst. Very smelly and dirty bathrooms. Owner and his staff both are showing DADAGIRI. I request to" make my trip" please remove this hotel from your hotel list.

I had stayed there recently for a day in a "Deluxe AC room" and had a terrible experience. My room was infested with black ants, bathroom was dirty, bed sheets, towels were not clean and the house keeping was pathetic. The didn't bother to take any action for any of my pain points. AC was useless and makes a lot of noise with no cooling. Probably, this is the worst hotel I came across in my life. Only good thing about this hotel is its location. MakeMyTrip should remove such a hotel from its website.

Misbehaviour in room allotment

Hotel proprietor denied to give me room and charged extra Rs 1500. But at check-out time they returned my money and told me that I have received a mail to charge Rs. 6250. Hotel also charged money for drinking water.

Worst hotel ever stayed

I went to this hotel at the time of Kumbh Mela, the hotel tariff was 2000 when I saw at the internet but because of Kumbh Mela. They raised the price three times (6000). The hotel staff was not attentive. They had no items in their bathroom. When we arrived at our room, then they went and bought a bucket and a mug for our room from the market. Hotel is near to the railway station.
