Very nice. Well maintained vill, decent place and view. Swimming pool was neat and clean. Kitchen, music system, washing machine, refrigerator, oven all facilities available

Ivy maitri farm in badlapur exceeded our expectations as a fantastic venue for a one-day excursion with a small group. The property boasts three air-conditioned bedrooms with spacious bathrooms, a large kitchen, first and second-floor halls, a delightful swimming pool, a music system, wifi, a smart tv, and a water purifier and fridge. Additionally, there's a spacious garden play area and a breathtaking mountain view from the terrace. Despite our initial concerns about the conditions, the place turned out to be impeccably clean. The manager was also remarkably supportive throughout our stay. To add to the convenience, you can easily order from zomato. The location is accessible, with a mere 20-minute auto ride (costing around 50 rupees) from badlapur east station. What more could you ask for? thank you, and i eagerly look forward to visiting again.

Maitri farm is a good place for family and friends, ambient was amazing, pool was clean, bunglow is also great, room facilities was also good, I'll soon visit here again 😊 thanks to caretaker parshuram patil.

Hi its was nice to had stay at maitri farm. Some point we noticed want to share with you. 1) no a/c 2) fix curtains on living room windows, 3) intercom facility to contact with caretaker.

The whole night had no power nor the inverter was sufficiently charged for whole night provisioning. It was sleepless night and power was hardly available for 1-2 hrs during overall stay. This is not to recommend property.

No water

No alternet option in case of electricity gone. So there was no light, no water during whole stay

It was hot. No ac. Good location and pool is small. Friendly host but no ac so go only in rainy season or winter not in summer
