Nothing much to do at this resort. Complimentary sessions on spa was given at the time of the booking and the resort denied the sessions. Food is good and resort is clean and well maintained.

The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. With its perfect mix of relaxation and sophistication, ameya resort is an ideal getaway for anyone seeking peace and rejuvenation. the resort’s area is undeniably vast, clean, and well-maintained, creating a pleasant first impression. the rooms, too, are tidy and well-kept, reflecting good standards of upkeep. however, for the price charged, the facilities provided seem underwhelming. a significant drawback is the lack of complimentary gaming or recreational facilities for groups. everything, even cycling, is chargeable, which feels restrictive. moreover, there were no gestures like a welcome drink to make guests feel truly welcomed upon arrival. the evenings at the resort were particularly disappointing. the atmosphere was eerily quiet, resembling a solitary house in a remote village. there were no live music performances, dj nights, or any form of entertainment like a barbecue, leaving the place feeling isolated and dull. additionally, the resort lacks adequate lighting, which makes it uncomfortable to explore the premises after dark. another point worth noting is the absence of any inclusive dining options. given the pricing, the resort could at least provide lunch or dinner—or even a simple high tea—to enhance the guest experience. including such amenities could foster a sense of connection among guests, reducing the feeling of isolation. in summary, while the resort is clean and aesthetically pleasing, it requires several improvements to match the pricing and elevate the guest experience. addressing these concerns—better recreational options, evening entertainment, improved lighting, and inclusive dining—could significantly enhance the appeal of the resort.

Stay and staffs are comfortable swimming pool require more care fruits and vegetables given in breakfast are not fresh, need attention

Room and ambiance is good but maintaining as per the standard is not done, room didn’t have sleepers, hand towels had to ask for it, the murals in the room were full of dust ( a rose in front of the mini bar ), swimming pool is really dirty, the water is green instead of clear water. Food menu has next lever pricing ( one plate chilli chicken is like 650 + taxes ), not sure why such 5 star pricing if the maintenance is not that level at all

It's a very sad environment there, for the couple it's ok type but not for family, and the food is very expensive and the quantity was very less for 2 persons, and after 6 pm evening there is no place for children to play, and the staircase are too dark

Upkeep and maintenance of the property is great. Food was also quite good. We tried restaurant as well as room-service. Many recreational activities are there. Its a great place for staycations for kolkata residents.

Not worth the penny spent on it, unclean rooms, a lot of mosquitoes and i had to actually visit a doctor for the skin treatment after coming back.

Ordered food for lunch which was terrible & extremely bad in taste & quality, the price was exorbitant. Breakfast was not a standard selection, few items are not fresh at all. Worst experience taking food in this resort. Staying was reasonably well, service was good

Location is good. Food quality is very poor but breakfast is very good. Rooms are not good compared to to charged rates. Maintenance is also poor

Location: just beside a factory. Property is big and maintained satisfactory. Rooms: cozy. Over priced rooms, garden view rooms are charged sky touching prices, which is waste of money. Food: average, really average. Even 3 star hotel serves the same menu and variety. Room service: better. Food prices again same as room prices. To give a small idea, 5 cups of tea and 1 plate evening snacks will cost 1100 plus. Overall, not a good option. Other nearby properties within 2 hrs of drive must be considered.

The property is among-st the best in eastern part of the country - excellent resort ! unfortunately, i found the maintenance to be very poor. Floors are stained, balconies are uncleaned and stained as well. The staff are friendly but seemed to be all untrained. Food, which we ordered in our room was pathetic - avoid chinese. The pool was inviting, but the water seemed to be unclean, we did not try. Food is expensive. Otherwise, the room was big sized, with quality furniture and strong ac.

Resort was nice. Although activities as in cycling and shikara ride were not maintained. Bath towels provided to us were not upto the standards. We had to ask for replacememt

One of our worst staycation. Untidy and dirty bathrooms. The room was all damp and the swimming pool was so dirty you will feel like puking. Waste of our money & time.
