Rooms are very small. AC not working in some rooms so have to change room. Water keeps running from toilet and other plumbing issue.

A pleasent and satisfying only day time stay.

Stayed and used as workstation that is for few hrs. In day time. Reception is bit slow average 10 minutes for check in procedure though front desk staff is warm and helping. Room is very small that is after the bed hardly anyplace left to walk. Even working. Table is not easily accessible. Bathroom otherwise is quite ok with separate enclosure for loo, shower and sink. Also cupboard or shelf for cloth is inside the bathroom though meticulously planned. Also tried some food that looks over priced. The plus point is neat and clean environment all along room and washroom. Overall satisfying and pleasent stay for few hours timings

Perfect stat

The entire stay at ginger rcr was perfect. I had a check in at 2 pm but they gave a phone call at 1 pm that my room was ready. Smooth check in, good reception staff, executive room was well maintained and enough spacious. Also the food was great. Overall perfect

Property is good but when booking time staff was little rude he ask me to wait till 15min after he got confirm booking details i request him to give room key if he already got my booking but staff was not at all help full bad experience. Sone. Done*

Rooms are very small and unhygienic. Ac was not cooling the room even after 1 hrs. I had change the room at 11. Pm last night. Breakfast is also not up to the mark

The hotel is very good, located in the heart of the city, you can find almost everything in the vicinity, as for the stay it was very comfortable, the staff very hospitable, helpfull, the food was delicious and the staff member krishna who helped us a lot during our stay, was exceptional.

Delayed room service, staff behaviour is very nice and cooperative but service delay and room cleanliness is a major concern. Cockroaches are there and that is horrific. On the other side the staff is so polite and respectful they helped us in our luggage and also waived off our tea tarriff bcz of delay. They are so nice in behaviour but the only problem is room service delay and the concern is cleanliness

It's a value for money property. Breakfast spread is good. Rooms are spacious with complimentary wifi, and water. Bathroom with bathtub is good. Property is at a convenient location with malls and food joints nearby. Overall great experience.
